Good morning, my name is Daniela. I contacted you as I had a problem with eurowings. I had a flight with it on July 17 of this year, which was going from Malaga to Munich, on July 14 they sent me a message saying that my flight had been canceled and that the airline would contact me by mail to give me the options either refund or change of date. Tried to communicate with them, no response. I had bought my return tickets from Munich to Granada with another airline, which is why I needed to make my trip on the dates that I had considered and decided to buy another ticket with another airline, while eurowing contacted me. On July 16 eurowing contacted me via email, saying that finally my trip was going to be done but that they changed my scales and sent me my boarding passes (without asking me if that is what I wanted to do about it), during the On the 17th they start sending me emails saying that it was the last call for me to board, I mean, it will most likely look as if I had missed the flight. I try to contact them again and almost a month after the incident they have not had the decency to answer me. I am contacting you to help me solve my problem. Thanks.
