We are a family of 4 traveling with our 2 children. Of 8 years and 11 years old. We were supposed to leave BRU airport at 0650 to Vienna to a connecting flight to Mykonos. Arrival time in Mykonos was planned for 1300 EEST. The flight with SNBrussels airline was cancelled at 0538 (already checked in at that moment), without giving a reason. We were transferred to another flight going to Frankfurt at 1120. (5 hours waiting time) This flight departed late (no reason given) so we missed our connecting flight in Frankfurt to Mykonos. In Frankfurt we were told to visit the service desk; stood in line for over 3 hours. We got transferred to another flight, going to Stuttgart at 2205 (15hours later than original departing time!!!). Because Stuttgart airport has no Lufthansa personnel, the service desk in Frankfurt could not arrange an hotel because our flight from Stuttgart to Mykonos would depart at 0550. (Arrival Stuttgart at 2330; due to late departure) Ground staff in Stuttgart arranged an hotel at midnight; we had to search the airport to find the ground staff since everything was closed. (Very bad service from Lufthansa!!) At 0550 we left with Eurowings flight to Mykonos to arrive at 0935 (EEST). The standard of service with Eurowings is different from the standard of service that SNBrussels or Lufthansa offers; no breakfast or drinks offered. Upon arrival our luggage was not transported with us. Our luggage was still in Brussels!!! After 6 days holidays we still do not have our luggage. Very bad communication from Lufthansa and SNBrussels. Only reachable through callcenter which cannot help us; no other means of communication possible.
