* At 23.00 we were informed the flight was delayed. * Flight attempted to take off but passengers were informed that the computer guidance system was not working (this was known previously). They had to pull to a side runway and reset the system. * The airline attempted to take off again and the computer guidance system failed again. They informed the passengers that they needed to pull to a side runway again and call an engineer. After and hour, we were informed that the flight would be cancelled as they could not fix the problem. We were informed by the airline that we had to make our way to the terminal and see a member of easyjet staff. This was at one of the boarding gates. On entering the designated gate area, there were an additional 300 people waiting. At this point it was close to 04.00 (4 hours after the plane was supposed to take off). I decided to book the first available flight that was at 07.00 that morning. This cost me €167.98, on top of the initial money I paid for the first flight. The most shocking factor is that it took nearly two hours to get to the front of the gate to inform her what has happened and advise what we needed to do for compensation etc. She was extremely rude and shouted at us that we were in the wrong queue. The problem was, passengers for other planes were starting to check in. We informed her that our flight had been cancelled and we had been at the airport through the night with no sleep and for over 8 hours. * I would like compensation for the flight that was cancelled and a refund of the flight that I had to pay for to get home. I hope you can help. Best wishes. XXXXXX
