The requested menu was served,...Disappointing... The Seats more Disappointing

The requested menu was served, but the food was very average on the 1st leg, the food on the 2nd leg was absolutely pathetic. The seats configuration on the 1st leg was 1-2-1 - Standard The 2nd leg was 2-2-2 - Was pretty uncomfortable, narrow and tight.

Just like the outbound flight,...

Just like the outbound flight, the return was late again, which meant a run through Frankfurt (yuk!) for 20+ people. When I say run, people were ready for it and organised. It’s wild. This time we made the connection only because that was late too - you can’t make this up. The plane was nice but I suspect they’ll be bust soon unless Germany pumps more cash in to prop them up. Sad really. Sad for Europe.

Best flight ever

My husband and I had athe most enjoyoable flight ever on May 2, 2025 from RDU to Frankfurt. We just wanted to take the time to give praise where it is due. The crew on this flight were so kind and friendly . Everything about our trip was special and we look forward to flying with Lufthansa again in the future. We are well travelled and cannot remember when we had such an pleasant flight from check-in to arrival. The weather was kind, the staff outstanding and even the food was very enjoyable.

After I was rebooked the...

After I was rebooked the flight from FRA to BCN was cancelled due to bad weather delaying the flight out of the Airport working hours. I was instructed to go to the service desk in order to be given voucher for hotel and transport. At some point the employee of the service desk disappeared and everyone still waiting was left to deal on his own about accomodation. I managed to rebook a flight on the next day and was forced to sleep in the airport. As the next day came my rebooked flight LH1134 was also delayed and I arrived to BCN more that 20 hours late only to realize that my luggage was still in FRA. It was recovered 2 days later.

flight from Frankfurt to Luanda...

flight from Frankfurt to Luanda was canceled. The airline informed me of the cancellation just 1 or 2 hours before the scheduled departure. Nonetheless, they provided me with an alternative flight via Cape Town to reach Luanda. This cancellation not only caused me physical stress, as I was supposed to arrive in Luanda on November 13th at 6:20 AM, but instead, I arrived on the same day at 6:00 PM. I had to endure a 12-hour flight to Cape Town and then another approximately 4-hour flight to Luanda. In addition to the physical strain, I also suffered financial losses, as this was a business trip.

The flight came late to...

The flight came late to Copenhagen. They had to change the aircraft due to technical issues. I arrived at my final destination with a 5 hours delay. I missed a family reunion because of the delay.
