Charalampos Ntegiannis !!!
Absolutely terrible customer service and zero willingness to help I made a simple typing mistake when booking my flight. Instead of Ntegiannis I entered Degiannis. It is only one letter different and it is clearly the same name. After completing check in I contacted Wizz Air twice by phone to ask for help. Unfortunately the employees were not helpful at all. They seemed to be in a hurry to end the calls and did not make any effort to find a solution. I understand that Wizz Air has rules regarding name changes. However this was clearly a simple typing mistake and only one letter was different. The customer service was very disappointing. The employees were not friendly or professional and I felt that they simply wanted to finish the conversation as quickly as possible. Very bad experience. I expected much better customer service from Wizz Air.Max 120 characters (0)

Wizz Air - cheap ticket, but they charge you dearly for every single centimetre
Wizz Air is cheap until you start paying for everything else. Today I was charged €73 because my luggage was one or two centimetres over their limit. I understand that there are luggage rules, but the bag could clearly fit and was not causing any problem. What makes it worse is how passengers are treated at the gate. People are made to force their bags into the metal sizer in front of everyone. If it does not fit, you pay. Then the same flight was delayed by more than 40 minutes. No water, no assistance, just an apology. For a delay they apologise. For one centimetre of luggage they charge €73. I fly at least once a month and Wizz Air has become increasingly unpleasant. It feels less like a low cost airline and more like a company looking for every possible reason to charge you more. The ticket is cheap. Everything else comes at a price. Shame on you, Wizz Air!Overall

I’m sad and frustrated. Change!
Sadly the truth is each plane company is becoming the same. Evil, not respectful, not human. Bad experience, too expensive, too bad.Overall

A full ticket is not more than a standby ticket potentially.
Terrible airline. I’m sat on the plane waiting to take off. So far the crew on the flight to Warsaw are fine, but prior to that I’ve not been happy at all. To clarify…. I have a priority boarding ticket, but was told that because I checked in later than some other passengers and didn’t pay the extra to pick a seat, I was bumped to stand-by. As a solo traveller I didn’t feel the need to pay the extra to guarantee exactly where I sit on the plane. Lucky I managed to get on, but only after a great deal of waiting to find out whether I’d be successful. Other passengers were not so lucky. I feel I was mis-sold a standby ticket for the price of a proper fare. Not the relaxed experience I was expecting and I was the last on the plane despite having paid extra for Priority. I have a return ticket with this airline. Hopefully we don’t crash on the way there and I manage to get a successful seat on the return journey. Incidentally, the first Wizz employee I spoke to was on the plane itself. Ground staff are agents and deny all responsibility for what the airline does. A shoddy airline…. I would give minus stars if I could.Overall

This airline is the absolute pitts!...
This airline is the absolute pitts!! Flight board indicated Barcelona to Luton flight was delayed 50 minutes so I subsequently delayed going to gate till 45 minutes before the rescheduled departure time. Gate closed and no one around to help. Fortunately, EasyJet staff were really obliging and I was able to get on to their final flight of the day at an exhorbitant cost. Tried contacting Wizz Air - emails ignored and online support didn't work - repeatedly. No reply to a letter sent as a last resort either. AVOID this lot at all costs!!Overall

cheap company with worse services even for a low cost operator
a plane being late is something that happens, but not opening their checkin in Bologna as leaving us with the option not to get to our flight or abandon our aid luggage is something low even for the low expectations i had about wizz air poor services not a single person in entire airport connected to wizzair and at their call support told me to talk to their stuff onsite then closed the callOverall

Terrible customer service. The webs...
Terrible customer service. The website is confusing and misleading regarding baggage options. I paid for a 10 kg bag believing I could take it with me, but at the airport I was told it had to be checked in and we were forced to pay an additional €73. The staff even told us to request a refund because we couldn’t use the service we had originally paid for. Despite this, Wizz Air refused to refund us and only sent generic responses without addressing the issue. Their website is misleading, their customer service is terrible, and they take no responsibility for their mistakes. I will never fly with Wizz Air again and would not recommend them to anyone.Comments

Need more Formation for the Staff. Humanity is the base.
Flight Varna-Hamburg, 14 June 2026. The stuff working on the boarding field was really rude. I was treated like i was not a person, and with a sarcastic tone. Please the company should review the Formation of their own Staff. I don’t advise Wizz Air in this conditions. Flights companies’ Staff should have the knowledge on HOW to talk and be polite to passengers, if not is not a job well done.Comments
