Unfair treatment, I had to throw away my suitcase to avoid paying
Worst airline ever. Better to pay more and use other airlines. On May 24, on the flight from Porto to Rome, W46048, the guy checking my documents asked me to pay the extra fee because my suitcase wouldn't fit. I left my suitcase and went on board. When I boarded the plane, there were friends of mine with the same ticket and suitcases larger than mine, of the same type, who hadn't paid anything. I was the only one treated this way by the airline; it's unacceptable and disrespectful. The rules apply to everyone or no one.Overall

I had the worst customer service from WizzAir
I had the worst customer service from WizzAir yesterday. I've been told to pay extra £68 for my luggage as my backpack was large. I have paid £40 for extra luggage [10 KG] and genuinely was in rush and didn't think I need to go to the check-in area at Luton airport and thought that I'll be allowed in with what I paid for. I didn't know where the check in was as never used that service at this airport. The agent at boaridng gate was ultra rude and said you're either paying £68 or not boarding. When I wanted to go quickly to check in she said it's too late. I've got stressed and mumbled swear words to myself from stress as I have ADHD and forgot my medication yesterday. She said I abused her and denied my boarding. I went to customer services and another agent said I abuse their staff and it's unacceptable and that I have to pay for this. I was excuse me? As a result, I had to pay £300 extra for the flight with another airline today. I have never had more stress in my life related to travel. 0 understanding, the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I demand apology and full refund on my flight. Avoid this airline aComments

They cancelled the flight after I passed duty free at departures. I had an important doctors appointment the next day and had to pay a cancellation fee. They never actually provided any hotels for the night as the website said there was an “error”Comments

I was forced to wait at the airport for 7 hours and 25 minutes. My flight was delayed a total of 3 times. I arrived very late and was exhausted. My child was not able to sleep and suffered from sever headache from sleeping on a bench for hours. I arrived at 06:00 hours after a horrible flight. I was forced to pay for a taxi and travel get to my final destination after missing my connection by bus. The airline gave us 2x for 5 euros and 4x 12 euros which were just enough to buy some water at the expensive airport. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible service that cause my family pain and suffering.Comments

Flight cancellation
Absolutely zero customer service, gives no support when this is needed. And when you try to speak to someone, forget about it.Max 120 characters (0)

Very rude personnel. They are trying to charge everything without even any explanation. They are NOT friendly, helpful, or kind. We got robbed twice, for 2 luggage of 10kg, 350€ in total for both trips. There are not even brought us a cup of water onboard. The worst company ever. NEVER again.Overall

I travelled on a Wizz Air Flight ba...
I travelled on a Wizz Air Flight back from Romania to Italy on April, 8th 2026. At the control service, they told me that I could not depart with a little bag that I could easily put on my legs, in addition to the backpack I had with me, unless I paid 73 euros. To prove their point, they asked me to put my backpack in a metal structure, to check if it fitted. The bag barely fitted so they made me and my friend pay 73 euros per person. Once I got on the plane, I saw that both my little bag and my backpack could easily be placed under the front seat.Comments
