Flight delay

The worst Airline company! Frontier Airlines is refusing to pay me back for the loss of the luggage. Frontier is stating the cannot pay back because I never filled out a " luggage contents list". I never received a luggage content list to fill out to give to Frontier Airlines. They are refusing to give me the content list to fill out now and saying my case is closed. According to frontiers contract of carriage, they owe me a minimum of $4,700.

Noone wanted to answer my questions on the flight's delay. They just ignored me as a passenger. I don't know what happened to the flight yet. Asked for refund but didn't get either refund or response from Frontier.

Denied boarding

Rude gate agents and denied entry to the flight with a cello. They stated that the instrument could not go on the flight, even though it has many times before. No refund. And yes- we had paid for a ticket for the cello

Dishonest, Predatory, and Lacking Empathy

Note: Employees are paid on commission for collecting extra baggage fees at the gate. 10%. I learned this after this flight. I flew with a personal-item sized bag that I have used repeatedly with no issues. On 12/30/2025 I was flying from Las Vegas to Dallas with this bag. Every passenger who did not pay for a carryon bag and only had a personal item was forced to wait in a long line to put their bag into the bag checker. All the while, someone would intermittently announce that the door was going to be closed for the flight we were all boarding. Everyone was stressed; people were trying to rearrange things in their bags. One older man tried to point out that another passenger was boarding with a bag identical to his as a personal item and the employees completely ignored him until, with no other option, he paid when he should not have had to. The person he had pointed out had a carryon as well as that identical bag as their personal item and those passengers did not have to check any bag sizes. So that poor old man just paid like we all did. On the flight to Las Vegas from Dallas, I flew with this same bag packed in the same manner on Spirit (yes, Spirit) and it fit into their bag checker. Here's the thing: on the web site, Frontier and Spirit cite the same dimension requirements. So perhaps Frontier has altered their bag checkers? I heard multiple passengers who were not only frustrated but confused. They had flown with their bags multiple times and had no issue, just like me. Fly any other airline - even Spirit, if you really need to save money. But whatever you do, don't fly Frontier.

Overall

  • close Predatory practices at gate.
  • closecheck We did not crash.

I’m very disappointed with Frontier...

I’m very disappointed with Frontier Airlines customer service. I purchased an Economy ticket and also paid for Travel Guard insurance, which was supposed to cover cancellations due to unexpected situations. I had to cancel my flight because Spirit Airlines canceled my connecting flight, something completely out of my control. However, Frontier refused to refund my money, even after I explained the situation and provided all the evidence. I spent a long time on the phone with a representative who barely understood me, and in the end, they denied my refund and only offered me a credit that I can’t use. Honestly, I expected more respect and fairness from this airline and from the insurance I paid for. I just want my money back, not a useless travel credit.

Ineptitude at a whole new level.........

I recently flew to Philadelphia from West Palm Beach and applied for the Barclay's master card offered on the flight by an attendant. The perks included 55,000 miles, Elite status, preferred boarding, free checked bags, etc. The card came and despite the interest rate offering being described as between 22% and 29% I was given the top rate. When I called to inquire I was told that it was tied to credit scoring. When I provided proof of my 850+ score they reduced the rate to 22%. Not a great start. I made my first purchase and paid my first bill including the annual fee and then attempted to log into my account. Apparently they did not anticipate any existing frequent flyer program members applying for a card and they created a second account for me. Additionally, there were two emails but all the other account information was identical. As such, I was unable to log into my account and forced to call the help number. It took more than 10 minutes to get someone on the phone. Once I was speaking with the rep i explained the issue of two accounts and they were unable to combine them or delete one. They confirmed that I did not have any of the perks offered by the card application and were unable to assist me with resetting a password to log in so I could purchase tickets. I was told I would need to download a different browser when I received a pop up on my computer saying their security certificate was expired. I shouldn't be required to change my browser simply because they do not want to pay Microsoft a licensing fee. After two calls and hours of frustration I phoned Barclay's and canceled my card. Very frustrating experience and this is supposed to be the Elite help line for "special" customers. Good luck attracting or retaining anyone when your initial customer experience is so absolutely terrible!!!! Never flying Frontier again!
