Another strength appears to be their meal offerings that are included in the ticket price as well as the extra legroom and comfort provided in Business Class. The airline has a generous baggage policy that was noted by many reviewers who enjoyed bringing heavier and larger bags without extra fees. The downside? The carrier’s customer service was widely criticized with a lot of feedback mentioning unresponsive and unhelpful staff especially with regard to baggage mishandling and flight delays. Other passengers cited frequent delays, long lines, and difficulty getting information from Iberia about rebookings. While Business Class seems to be a real success, Economy Class received numerous negative reviews for cramped seats and limited legroom for long flights in particular.
