Delay of 3 hours 19 minutes. A claim was filed with the Airline (Wizz Air) which refuses responsibility based on point (14) and the article 7 of European Regulations 261/2004 (extraordinary circumstance). When requested to stipulate the "extraordinary circumstance", the company answered that it can "provide relevant documentation at the request of authorities authorized to control air carriers". A file was submitted to the DGAC, which answers that it dos not provide individual follow-up on lams
