First there was a delay, then we boarded the plane but because of a technical issue we had to disembark and stay overnight until a flight was organised for the next day.

I bought a ticket from Chicago (JUL 1, 2020, 4:45 PM, O'HARE AIRPORT CHICAGO, US, Flight#EI-122, e-Ticket 2PADCXX, PNR No. 11SDSFSDS114, "EI") to Dublin with Aer Lingus. When I came to check in to the airport and asked them to change my flight to the next day, they told that there is no problem and I can do this online. But when I tried to do this via their website it was written that "flight this flight has already flown"! How it could be if even checkin process wasn't finished at that moment? I bought a round trip Chicago-Dublin and Dublin-Chicago - and I have never used these tickets. They pushed me to buy the same ticket for the next day!!! I've paid twice. I've made a call to their call center (no feedback!) and made an online-claim for refund on Aer Lingus website (Case Reference: 234325AA), also no feedback
