Arrived eventually at 20:40 instead of 13:45. Boarding at NAP incredibly slow. Sat on tarmac for 20 minutes before departure. No communication as to why at this point. Arrived 42 minutes late - missed connecting flight and then endured a 7 hour total delay. After complaining, Aegean claimed it was due to "air traffic control". We were provided a measly 18 EUR voucher pp for lunch & dinner. We missed a costly transfer in Paros & forfeited money on an event we had pre-booked that afternoon. In addition: - on arrival into ATH - we were directed to a sole staff member working at a 'Transfers desk' which took 30 minutes to see - We were automatically allocated onto a flight at 19:25 even though, online, we could see that a 18:00 flight was an option (screenshot taken) - We asked for this flight and was denied - Another passenger also asked for this - was denied as well - however they then spoke to a different staff member, who was able to allocate them onto this - There was no notice or signage given to us about what our rights were due to this delay - Complaint made to Aegean - rejected, sent to HCAA with no response.

We arrived at the airport on April 18 at 7.30 (departure was supposed to be at 10.15) and it turned out that this flight simply did NOT exist!!! This flight was cancelled, but I was not informed about it at all!!! There were no notifications either in the application or by email! We were in absolute shock! It was pouring outside and with my little daughter and luggage I had to get back to the city from the airport! We had to stay in Chisinau for 3 days, pay for rent and food with our own money. My mother and I missed work, my daughter missed kindergarten because of this! The next flight offered by the airline was on April 21 at 10.35, on this flight we were finally able to fly. I want to compensate me for my money for rent, food, moral damage, time spent in a foreign country with my child. Thank you.
