They cancelled me the flight for less than 12 hours without having time to decide for new one , I was with erasmus++. Also my travell agency back in Albania has applied for a refund but untill now we have had no answer. Without a answer about the refund from Agean the erasmus++ can not refund me too!

Although the passengers had the possibility of filling in a hand-written form regarding the COVID-19 regulations for the Greek government, they where denied boarding in Madrid by the airline for not having had a digital one on their phones 24 hours earlier. Most importantly, they were never informed at any point by the airline (including online check-in that this digital form on their phones was required.

Flight was delayed for more than 5 hours. Reason was "technical problems". I missed my connection flight to Chania.
