I was at the gate with boarding pass in hand in Toronto on time July 23rd, 2019 well before they started boarding the overseas flight and I was denided boarding. My original itinerary was Westjet flight from Wpg ( final destination Pisa, Italy). Westjaet blamed my seat cancellation on Alitalia and Alitalia said that my seat had been cancelled out of Westjet Calgary head office. My 2 pieces of check in luggage were lost and not located until the following afternoon. As a result, I was not able to shuttle over to the hotel until 1am and there was no food available by the time I arrived! I was given vouchers for an airport hotel & food. The vouchers did not cover many food items at the hotel + airport. I did not arrive to my final destination (Pisa) until 2 days later. I had to check out of the hotel at 11am on July 24th and inconveniently waited at the airport until 9:30 pm the following night (July 24th) until the next flight was leaving.

Was one Tuesday 16 of juin around 8pm they send text like my flight was cancelled. For no reason
