I did receive an email the day before i was supposed to take my flight. They asked me to call them, i did call them and they informed me that my flight was cancelled, i asked for a refund and they told me to contact the company which i booked my ticket.. I send them multiple mails but they refuse to give me a refund and come up with all kind of lies as an excuse, they told me first i did a no show after that they told me the flight was indeed cancelled but they rebooked me on another flight and that i wasnt there to take the flight etc.. Knowing that i called the airline and they told me to contact travel2br for the refund and they didnt told me anything about another flight and i certainly did not agree to anything.
