AirAdvisor has expanded its platform to support passengers in 20 languages, making it easier for travellers across Europe and beyond to understand their air passenger rights and submit compensation claims in a language they are comfortable using.
The update reflects the international nature of air travel and the growing need for clear, accessible information when flights are delayed, cancelled, or disrupted. By offering multilingual support, AirAdvisor aims to reduce language barriers that often prevent passengers from taking action or fully understanding their eligibility for refunds or compensation.
AirAdvisor is now available in the following languages:
The expanded language support applies across AirAdvisor’s compensation tools and claim processes, allowing passengers to submit their flight details, review their eligibility, and follow claim progress without relying on translated airline communications or legal terminology.
Since 2017, AirAdvisor has helped more than 620,000 passengers pursue compensation for flight delays, cancellations, denied boarding, and baggage issues under regulations including UK261, EU261, and the Montreal Convention. By increasing language coverage, the company aims to make passenger rights more accessible to travellers regardless of their country of departure or native language.
