Kabi Kalpataru Biswas Joins the AirAdvisor Team

AirAdvisor is scaling across new markets, and Kabi Kalpataru Biswas has joined as Performance Marketing Manager to lead the paid acquisition strategy behind that growth.

At Downtown Digital B.V. in the Netherlands, Kabi managed over €650,000 in monthly paid media spend across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Bing, generating more than 4,000 qualified leads per month and cutting cost-per-lead by 81% within four months. 

Before that, at Prime Marketing B.V., he led growth marketing for European SaaS clients, delivering sales-qualified leads at €5.80 each. He also spent nearly three years at IES Portal in Sydney, where he achieved a 423× return on ad spend for a legal services provider. Earlier in his career, he was the first marketing hire at ADN Telecom in Dhaka, where he built a team of 17, scaled annual revenue from zero to €5.4M, and reached the number two market position in Bangladesh's SaaS sector.

AirAdvisor operates across multiple countries, serving passengers who may not yet know they are entitled to compensation. Reaching that audience at scale, in the right markets, at a cost that makes sense, is what performance marketing is for. Kabi leads paid acquisition across the platform's core channels, with a focus on market expansion and customer growth.

Kabi holds a Master of Arts in Media Innovation from Breda University of Applied Sciences, where he graduated Cum Laude and won the Warner Music Benelux Product Innovation Competition, an Executive MBA in Marketing from BRAC University, and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Khulna University. He holds 63 professional certifications including credentials from Google and LinkedIn, and a Certified Scrum Product Owner qualification.
