I was denied boarding on FR 8408 20:10 to London STN despite having checked in on time (5+ hours before flight). This must be due to overbooking of the flight or use of lower capacity aircraft. Ryanair issued a re-route ticket to Bournemouth on FR 3318 21:45 to BOURNEMOUTH. I was advised I would be entitled to 250 euros compensation. Ryanair provided free taxi from Bournemouth to Stansted. Arrived Stansted 02:20 on 3rd Sep, 5 hours after original flight FR 8408 due to land (21:20). I was able to use my National Express ticket from Stansted to Stratford London. However, no usable bus service was operating from Stratford to my home in West Ham, London at 03:20+ when I arrived in Stratford. I therefore spent Β£7.90 plus Β£1 tip on an Uber taxi. I tried to apply for compensation on Ryanair's website, but there was no option for 'involuntary denied boarding'. Hence application for compensation via AirAdvisor.

They tried to lie to us by telling us that we were β€˜late’ just before boarding. We were there 40 mins before the plane would go. What they didnt know is that my niece was already on the plane boarded and she had the seat next to us. She then told me that there were 2 other women sitting on our seats. So ryanair overbooked this flight kept our luggage for 2 days and didnt help us with anything!! Better yet they told us to leave the airport and called us monkeys! I have never in my life excperienced something like this.

There were four of us on this holiday. One of the passengers has epilepsy and is on medication, so we had to take him to the toilets several times before boarding. When we arrived at the airport and were asked to show our boarding passes, no one informed us that we only had 30 minutes to board the plane. Due to the frequent toilet trips for the passenger with epilepsy, we reached gate 55 at 8:00 AM, with the flight scheduled to take off at 8:20 AM. The lady at the reception stopped us from boarding, stating we were 10 minutes late. We explained that we were unaware of the 30-minute boarding rule and that the passenger, who has epilepsy, needed frequent toilet breaks. We also mentioned that missing the flight would adversely affect him as he needed to rest upon arrival in Berlin. The staff were very rude, offering no apologies or understanding, simply stating, β€œYou are late and cannot board the plane.” We were then taken to the manager, who reiterated the same and informed us that we would need to pay extra to catch another flight to Berlin or lose all our money. We ended up paying Β£400 to rebook a flight for 5:55 PM from Stansted. This was a terrible experience, especially for the passenger with epilepsy, who was exhausted due to the early departure from East London at 5:15 AM. Despite paying again, one of the other passengers experienced anxiety around 4:30 PM, fearing another rejection and worrying about the passenger with epilepsy. We arrived at gate 52 on time, but noticed that the gate, which was supposed to close at 5:25 PM, actually closed at 5:40 PM, allowing latecomers to board. This made us feel cheated and disappointed, as we had arrived at 8:00 AM with 20 minutes still left before the flight. Please investigate this matter and refund the Β£400 we paid. Thank you.

Rude disrespectful Ryanair ground staff at departure gate

am writing to complain about the appalling behaviour of one of your ground staff members at Birmingham Airport on Sunday 18th August 2024. At approximately 1700hrs I was boarding a flight to Malaga on Ryanair flight number FR2266 through gate 59 (changed from gate 58) when a woman with a young female child had a slightly oversized cabin handbag which would not fit into the checker. This was approximately 50 meters from where I was in the quest. There was an argument between her and a female ground staff member. The argument got heated and the ground staff member started shouting and screaming out of all control, every single passenger in that room could witness this and most were visibly shocked. The young female child started to cry and was very upset. There was a Spanish family standing next to me and the father took a pic of this ground staff member as I did. This ground staff member came screaming and shouting over at us to delete the pics off the phone and she was going to have us off loaded all the Spanish family too, there was young female child with the Spanish family under 10yrs old who started to cry and had to be comforted by her mother. I told the ground staff member in a normal voice to keep her voice down as she was making a show of herself and upsetting young children in the lounge because of her behaviour. she shouted at me ' don't tell me how to do my job ' by this time we were joined by her colleague and I showed my phone with the pic that I deleted. I asked for the name of the first ground staffs name and the second ground staff member said it was Elisha, both of them looked at each other in a mocking tone so I am guessing that Elisha was a lie. Neither of the ground staff members were wearing name badges and when I asked was a supervisor around they told me no. Afterwards when things had quiet down I notice both ground staff members at the check in box laughing and joking about the whole situation. All this behaviour was completely appalling I have never seen any member of any airport act in such a way. There must be some cctv footage that can identify these staff members and see what occurred. I have described the first staff member below and the second one I would describe as female, Asian, mid 20s taller than the first one and heavier set with long black hair in a pony tail. I got the impression that she was the supervisor there but when I asked her if she was she said no.

Our original flight to Palma De Mallorca on Friday 23rd August 2024 was due to leave at 17:45 but was delayed until 18:50. Due to the delay, we were checking the Ryanair app regularly and headed to gate 1, arriving at the gate at 18:12. When we arrived the Swissport staff were stood chatting outside, and nobody was stood at the gate desk. We got the attention of the staff and a Swissport member of staff named Amber informed us that she had closed the gate that she could therefore not allow us access to board the flight. Upon being questioned further, Amber confirmed to us that gates are closed 20 minutes prior to departure of the flight. We then queried this with Amber, given we had arrived 38 minutes prior to the delayed departure time. She informed us that they had closed the gate early to try and get everyone onto to the flight quickly due to the delayed flight time and that she could not reopen the gate. We were then taken to the Ryanair customer service desk, where we spoke to Scott (the Shift Supervisor) and Robert. We explained the timeline of events to them, and they informed us that the gate should not have been closed prematurely and that in fact the gate should not have been closed until 16 minutes prior to departure. Scott then proceeded to go and speak to Amber via the phone to ask why the gate was closed early. When Scott returned, he said that Amber claimed to have closed the gate at 18:34, which was 16 minutes prior to closure. It was extremely disappointing to hear that Amber had lied about the timeline of events and we requested that the CCTV be checked, in order to show that we had arrived at the gate with sufficient time in order to board the flight. Scott then informed us that Mark who was the Airport Duty Manager was the only person who could check the cameras and that he was currently doing a shift handover but would check the cameras afterwards. We had no choice but to pay the missed departure fees, to allow us to book the next available flight, which was at 14.20pm, the following day (Saturday 24th August 2024). Given the circumstances above, we are extremely disappointed with the experience we had and the dishonesty of the staff on the departure gate. We now request that a formal investigation be undertaken into the conduct of the staff involved at the departure gate and we require confirmation that the gate was incorrectly closed prematurely. We are seeking a refund for our costs incurred and compensation for our time lost, due to the delay. I have outlined below the costs incurred, which need to be taken into account in addition to our time costs.

Alicante airport

Our flight was delayed which isn't really the problem, the problem is because of changed aircraft it meant me and my daughter were not sitting together on our flight. I asked boarding staff if we could be seated together like we were originally before the aircraft changed. They said I would have to ask cabin crew. When we got onto the plane, I asked cabin crew straight away if there was any way we could be seated together as my daughter had really bad anxiety with flying and didn't want to sit on her own...they asked her age and I said 15, this shouldn't matter in my eyes, she is a nervous flyer and I always make sure we are seated together. Cabin crew said once everyone had boarded then they would see what they could do. I was in 18D and my daughter was in 10D. While everyone else was boarding alot of people were asking to move seats etc and from where I was sitting this was all ok'd by cabin crew!! A lady then came up to me and said unfortunately flight was full and we couldn't be seated together. At this point I was not happy as so many people were swapping seats, all adults!! And lots of other children on the flight were seated separately from their parents!! Which is disgusting!! We then started to take off, and the lady that had already spoke to me asked a lady behind me if she was on her own and if she could move to 10D ( my daughters seat) so i assumedthey had found her a seat by me...I could then see a bit of commotion coming from where my daughter was seated. I looked round and a lady sitting on the other end isle sit next to her looked at me and I mimed us she ok and she said no, do I rushed to my daughters seat and she was having a panic attack. She was absolutely shaking and crying...I then told her to come with me and sat her on my seat and I took the seat she was alicated to due to her then to sat next to 2 men, she was already havin a panic attack and didn't want her to feel even more overwhelmed. Now this is unacceptable, I told the cabin crew staff what she was like with her anxiety of flying yet they thought it was OK not to find us a seat together because she was 15. They only moved her because she was having a panic attack. It wouldn't of happened if they just did what u asked, and like I said before lots of people were asking to move and it seemed all OK and they were adults. Yet when a young girl is being separated from her mum being told she is very anxious they didn't seem to care until it was to late!! I am absolutely furious and it completely ruined the end of out holiday. We are due to to fly with Ryanair end of November for her 16th birthday and now she does not want to fly with Ryanair now because of what happened. All children no matter what age should be separated from their parents on flights and it wasn't just me!!! Grown adults all sitting together yet children being separated. This is absolutely disgusting!! I can understand aircraft changes happen but it was so badly organised and all children and parents should of come first and been sat together especially when we were originally seated together before the aircraft change!! I'm not sure what I'm going to do about my next flight with you...I just wanted to make you aware of the way we was treated and how it has affected my daughter. Ryanair is a shambles!!

items were taken from my checked in luggage

After I arrived in Dublin at home I discovered that many items had been taken from my checked-in luggage such as toiletries, special shampoo for my skin condition, shaving foam and shaving brush, toothbrush, some clothes, tops, jumpers, underwear, socks and the worst of all my few months supply of blood pressure medications and other regular medications. I do not have a GP here in Ireland yet and I cannot get prescribed drugs in the pharmacy without a prescription. This is an absolute disgrace to steel from passenger luggage

Refund required

Hi I booked a flight with my disabled child and I wanted to upgrade my seats so I paid online on app to sit in extra leg room with my family which it all went through and payment taken to then be told by assistance team we couldn’t sit there with no prior warning that I would lose my money they didn’t tell me this till I was putting phone down to end call they said non refundable even though this is not my error it’s your airlines for allowing my payment to go through when clearly we couldn’t sit there I would like a refund on the payment I paid for them extra leg room seats that your staff declined us having. Amelia was very rude when I tried to explain this wasn’t my problem and it’s disability description to take money on a app that people are not going to receive if someone could call me to discuss this as it’s disgusting to take money off people then when it’s your mistake not refund it. My number is 07767 077678 thanks Sam Hopkins

Ryanair Employee steals

COMPLAINT Hi, my reservation number is PTZDUX Yesterday at the Palanga Airport the Ryanair employee in the Check In Desk that issued our tickets to flight to Dublin withheld my Phone that contains my Debit card in it. When I realised I was missing the phone after Security Check, my wife called several times and no answer. I came back with the Passport Police Officer to request the phone back and she denied she had it, she told me: "Check your wife's pockets" . We were forced to take the flight and assume I lost it, I called my Bank to cancel my Card. When we arrived in Dublin we tried several times to Geo Locate the phone and it showed it was at the Palanga Airport. After several calls, that by the way were rejected by the Ryanair employee, we tried to call from a different application (WhatsApp) and she finally answered. She didn't even apologise and said that we can pick it up at the Palanga Airport. My wife's parents came back to get it back so we got the device back, but now I'm incommunicated to run my business, I am without financial access to pay suppliers via card until the next 5 business days and on top of that we are trying to post the device via a Courier Company that will cost me more money. The incident happened in Palanga Airport, Ryanair Desk, 13:20 to 14:00 Lithuania Time. I'm looking forward for your reply as this has been an unfortunate situation by your employee as it withheld my personal property without my consent, denied to have it and cause a several serious issues to me. Any further information please let me know. Thank you Kind Regards Emmanuel

We couldn't check in on the 28th June, we arrived at Cork airport early and we were told the flight is over booked. I had to wait to see if seats became available which they didn't. I was sent to Luton which I had to get 2 taxis and 2 buses. I didn't get to Manchester until 7 pm that night. Now I'm getting the run around because I've no boarding pass to prove I was getting on. Nothing from the Luton flight either.. the air hostess told us we will automatically get compensation which I'm fighting since July. On the day after travelling I wasn't on my sisters booking to come back home so we had to Ring Ryanair on the fone an hour to get me another booking number. If I didn't I'd no boarding pass to come home. I missed the whole day of family meetings as we had a wedding the next day

All flight disruption cases are reviewed individually. Charged to check in

I tried to check in online a number of times before heading to the airport but the system wouldn't allow me, and kept trying to push me to pay for an allocated seat when I was travelling solo so I wasn't bothered where I sat. By the time I got to the airport it had timed out to allow me to check in so I had no choice but to check in at the airport which I then found out was going to cost Β£55! I paid it obviously but I don't think its fair I'm charged to check in when it was Ryanairs systems which had been down, to which the lady at the airport also admitted the systems have been down! I'm a frequent traveller I know the process for checking in and have never come across this problem before so I'd like a refund please

Payed unnecessary fare at Stansted airport

Report to Ryanair I would like to make a formal complaint about Tanya Doherty which charged me Β£60 for a luggage that is the excepted size and because of the little bit of the wheel the luggage couldn’t get into the blue box. I have provided some pictures of measurements of the luggage as I never have had an issue with this luggage and I been using it for over 8 years with both Ryanair and easyjet and never ever been charged. My mother traveled to the same destination 2 days before me with Ryanair and the exact same luggage and she was non-priority and didn’t get any issues or charges. I would like to get a refund of the Β£60 taken from me. I have tried to explain to Tanya Doherty that I never had an issue and if she gets a measuring tape she can see the measurements and the said β€œwhy don’t you get a measuring tape” and eventually told me β€œright you got two options, you can sit here and argue or pay the fare”. Her excuse for not allowing to board the flight with my luggage was that it was a health and safety hazard to keep hand luggage β€œthat big” is hazardous. I then proceeded to pay the fare and when I asked her where to place my luggage now she said to give it to a the luggage guy downstairs who actually walked past me and didn’t take it. I then boarded the plane and placed it under my sit where it fit perfectly. I would really like to claim a refund on this situation. I am also aware that with non priority you are allowed to bring a small bag which is just enough to fit little accentuate such as phone, documents and chargers. Tanya Doherty on the other hand claimed that I am not allowed to bring such small bag even though other women had small bags with their main bag and were non priority. Again I would like this issue to be sorted and to get a refund of the Β£60 charged by Tanya Doherty. Picture provided (dark green passed but purple didn’t).

Checked us in at 6am gate closed at 6.15 countless passengers asked the manager if we was going to make it which she reassured we would, so naively thought as a manager she had informed the aircraft of Ryanair being short staffed and having 1 person clearing 3 flights at check in Nobody was willing to help any passengers was told the manager was refusing to come down? After a hour she showed her face with zero sympathy and no answers Another Ryanair attendant told me this wasn’t her fault as they are short staffed ? Again no recognition that their mess up had cost over 20 passengers to miss their flight at Β£100 cost! If there is t already I’m sure there is a cut of point you can accept peoples luggage? Knowing they won’t make it through security and to the other end of the airport in time! No one was informed of Ryanair being behind so no one would speedy board us! Honestly a shambles!! Then had to wait till 11am (we arrived at 3) for our suitcases no one offered refreshments to passengers with young children the staff really embarrassed your company that day a young lady was even laughing at people and smirking ! On our flight home we was sitting with people that JUST made it on the departure flight from Luton she said they waiting 40 minutes for them to remove our suitcases (we was watching people walk up the stairs to the airplane while we was being denied ! And then the flight was delayed for over an hour again because of a fault light , and all this time we are all in the airport with our children waiting for our suitcases! My brother who was flying with us is on the spectrum so not sure if you’ve experienced a child that think they are going on holiday to then be made to sit at the airport for hours waiting for a suitcase! Then to go home and do it all again 2 days later ! So extra cost on flight and 2 days missed of our holiday ! And not even an apology from any of your staff just smirks and rude comments very disrespectful!

My name is Elena Georgieva and I was travelling with my daughter Merian Zaimova and my son Maxim Zaimov and we struggled with major problems during our flight to Sofia Bulgaria first of all starting with the fact that we were told we missed our flight when we arrived at the gate at the necessary time to be boarded but in my opinion I think the flight was over booked due to a previous cancellation made the week before this issue. We were given options of flights that Ryanair had but they were no good to us considering we had a whole holiday planned so they put all of us three on stand by flights and were promised numbers 1,2,3 by the people at customer services, however this wasn’t the case we firstly waited over 10 hours for the 1st stand by flight considering we were promised places 1,2,3 but as we get to the gate waiting for everyone to board there was around 10 of us waiting to see if we can get on and on the list the people had at the boarding gate our names were the top of the list but they crossed off people that were after us even when there was 7 spots on the plane. We were told we can’t get on causing my children to get emotional after being drained at the airport for so long just to do it all over again because we weren’t given any other options. We waited again for the 2nd stand by on the same day once again no space and the next flight to Bulgaria was the next day at 5pm so there was no other choice but to go home.More money was wasted on unnecessary transport back home late at night, everyone was so drained especially being on my own with two children going in and out of the airport over and over again and then having to go back home was not news that you would want to take home to your family worrying abroad about what is happening with the flights. The next day we were also given places on a stand by flight and went through the same process again additionally having to pay for unnecessary transportation back to the airport where we were meant to take off the day before. The 3rd stand by flight my daughter had to be separated from us because there was only one spot and it was better sending one person off so there is more of a chance of getting on the next flight later that day.My daughter was stressed considering it was her first time flying alone without any family support which shouldn’t have been the case but had to be done because there was no other option.Me and my son ended up getting on the next flight later that day and arriving to Bulgaria at 1am on the 8th of August. This whole journey took over 20 hours and caused all of us to be consistently reminiscing the situation in a bad light and also causing emotional damage especially to my children and one of them still being young. Hopefully after hearing the journey you will be able to provide us with the best compensation you are able to offer. Thank you

We were only 15 minutes late due to security taking too long but lady at the gate did not want to listen to us. She did not let us board when the plane was still there. She told us to go to customer services where we had to 300 GBP to get another flight and they did not let us have the next flight. They gave us boarding passes for 21:30 flight which was over half an hour late. We had to wait at the airport for nearly 15 hours with our child which was very inconvenient. We are not happy about this as we lost the whole day which we expected to spend in Venice. If we are a little late we are denied boarding but if airlines are late they expect passengers to be ok with that and stay calm. The return flight from Venice on 29.08.2024 was 1 hour and 40 minutes late and we ended up spending too long there too. Please don’t hesitate to call me on 07384 856873 if you have any further questions. Looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks Dharvinder

At Liverpool airport we chose to check in are suitcases with a staff member "yusef" on the desk lied told us even though the wheels did not completely fit by 1 cm it was fine. As we when to board. However we tried to board the plane swissport staff stopped us and charged us Β£75 x2 a total of Β£150 or we couldn't board. We explained staff had told us it was OK. We were told that the man has done this before and she would talk to him.

Family split up on flight, with reserved seating. Stanstead.

Family of 4. Had purchased family plus bundle and paid for reserved seating. Just before flight, our seat numbers changed and we were split up from my 2 children both under 12. Cabin crew refused to move us as they wanted to get the take off slot. My 9 year old son is scared of flying and had to sit on his own. It was really upsetting to see him terrified as he sat on his own. A passenger kindly gave us a seat so he could sit across the aisle from his mother after take off. Obviously expect refund on reserved seats cost, but as compensation, will want the family plus costs also refunded. Flight booking reference: DWREHD

No reason given

we left for the airport at 9.50pm for an 11.20pm flight from Girona, an email was sent but non of us saw this as we were out with no internet connection, it was delayed till 00.30. this was not too bad but the delays continued. we were only one of two flights leaving from Girona airport. as the evening continued we were further delayed, watching the board and receiving emails - at one point we were asked to go to the departure gate and receive vouchers. these vouchers entitled us to Β£3 each for refreshments, this was impossible as nothing in the shop other than a bag of crisps cost only Β£3. it was an insult. children were crying and it was shameful. eventually we took off at approx 03.50 am. Arriving at 05.50 approx. On boarding the plane no one smiled or said hello, the captain did not explain the reason and there was no refreshments on the flight. I missed a pre operation appointment on the morning of the 28 August at 0900. NO APOLOGY AT ALL WAS MADE ON THE FLIGHT. no apology since has been made and Ryan air make it impossible to claim for this.

Rude staff

I was going to Brindisi on 30th of August, when I was boarding even I had priority lady from ryanair asked me to check the size of my language which was ok as per ryanair sizes but I found that she was extremely rude she did the comment when I was checking my bag which no one ever should do to client of ryanair. The staff never shouldn’t make a comment for example β€œdid you ever lie or cheat ryanair airlines” even my bag was perfect size or asking of I am cheating always when I am flying… this so unprofessional and rude and I cannot even imagine to saying or asking or clients that kind of stuff! I am so disappointment and I never felt so embarrassed. I don’t know the name the same like the gentleman which was checking the language but I found they are extremely unhappy to do their job and they grumpy and extremely rude for clients. Thanks Regards

They made us carry the baby in our arms to the belt

I am flying with Ryanair for a very long time and never once had any issue apart from now, when I recently had a baby and had to fly to Barcelona to make a Passport for him to be able to fly together. Baby is 3 months old and weighs 7,7 kg almost 8 kg. For this reason I asked my mom to come from London to Ibiza to help me in this journey. My mom is almost 70 years old and has back problems. Our biggest nightmare was when we arrived at the boarding door and someone took the baby's buggy and when we arrived to Barcelona there was no buggy waiting for us! We were sent to the belt carrying the baby in our arms?! ARE YOU JOKING? This is totally insane! With two handbags plus the handluggage... and mom carrying the baby for 1km because El Prat Airport is huge and the distance to the belt is enormous to carry 8 kg!? Who was this smart to implement this madness? We were told that this is the policy! Really? No one thinks about baby's safety? When we came back to Ibiza same problem, but worse since we were asked to take the bus with baby in our arms! The BUS has no seats so we were standing with the baby and bus was swinging both sides due to movement and i had no arms to hold myself not to fall with baby in my arms! Not to mention all the drunk people or on drugs around us and which had no control over themselves and they could fall over my baby! Do you realize how dangerous this is? Is this YOUR HEALTH AND SAFETY???? Especially with newborns? I know you probably have a lot of customers and don't give a ..... but at least let people know in advance when they make the booking that this is how a baby's health and safety is treated in your company and we can take another company! I find this totally unacceptable, especially when babies are involved to be treated like this! You want to make more money for this EXTRA SPECIAL SERVICE which is common sense if you will (as in the case of a disabled person baby also cannot walk to the belt), to have the buggy at the plane door and not having to carry the baby to the belt (same type you are offering to disabled people, cause I am sure you are not asking a disabled person to go to the belt for their wheelchair) I bet hundreds of parents would gladly pay for this instead of having their babies in danger! This should be forbidden by law to walk with baby in arms especially for baby's well-being! I would very much like to ask you to put yourself in our shoes and imagine a 70 years old lady with back problems carrying a baby for 1km! And you find this perfectly fine, i wish you the same for your elderly especially taken by surprise and not knowing in advance what to expect! Shame on the ones who took this decision! I never thought this in a thousand years! I also wanted to go and take the buggy and bring it myself to the plane door upon arrival but guess what? IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO COME BACK AFTER YOU GO TO THE BELT! Then what is your solution for this????? I am really disappointed to have made my mother go through this hell and having my 3 months baby go through such a dangerous experience (especially in the bus with no free hands to hold myself and make sure I won't fall with baby in my arms) due to your brainless rules and no other options for those WILLING TO PAY FOR THIS SPECIAL SERVICE! I hope you are well aware of how serious this nonsense is and of the consequences that this might have! What about traveling as a solo mother? What do people who have no other options and have to travel in emergency with their babies? The option when I made the complaint was that of leaving the small 10kg luggage to the desk it is not to be taken into consideration since I have papers and important documents and baby's items which if they are lost, it is a massive problem! That's why I always take Priority (to have my hand luggage with me with my personal belongings and make sure they will not be thrown by the airport staff handling the suitcases in a desgusting manner and you know it very well)! Whatever your answer is, let me know , however PUT THIS IDIOTIC RULE YOU HAVE ONLINE IN CAPITALS FOR ANYONE TO KNOW WHEN MAKING THE BOOKING AND NOT HAVING TO GO THROUGH THESE TYPES OF UNPLEASANT SURPRISES AND GO THROUGH THIS HELL OR EXPOSE THEIR CHILDREN TO THIS DANGER! PLEASE PUT YOUR SEATBELT FOR YOUR SAFETY WHEN DEPARTING AND LANDING BUT AFTERWARDS CARRY YOUR BABY IN YOUR ARMS IN THE AIRPORT BUS TO THE TERMINAL ! Where is moms and baby's safety here? HELLO?! Please, just add a bit of common sense in your policies! Or at least mark it in a big ticking box saying: I AM AWARE THAT BABY'S BUGGY IS TO BE COLLECTED AT THE BELT AFTER ARRIVAL TO THE DESTINATION AND YOU WILL NEED TO CARRY YOUR BABY IN YOUR WALKING TO THE BELT! I am not even saying thanks because this is pathetic! SPECIAL ASSISTANCE FOR BABY BUGGY PLEASE' No kind regards, nothing! SHAME ON YOU FOR NOT EVEN LETTING US KNOW! And add the baby to the paren't boarding pass in capitals even if they don't have a different ticket (since they don't own a seat) and train your staff to look better in the system because they told us baby doesn't exist in the system even if I added him on the ticket, they said it needs a different ticket and QR code, almost didn't let me pass with my baby cause he doesn't appear as a passenger! Of course not, he will be in my arms during flight, he doesn't own a different seat therefore no other ticket/qr code! Anyway, it was a very unpleasant flight with unpleasant surprises and worst thing? The boarding staff offered 0 solutions! Just walk and who cares if your mom is in pain and can't carry 8kilos for 1km! Do you honestly find this normal???

Problems at airport

Our flight from Paris Beauvais Airport to Zagreb Croatia was scheduled for 02.08. 2024. at 22:20 was canceled. Through ryanair app, I bought two tickets for me (Bruno Lukas) and my girlfriend (Adriana Brtan) but only got refunded for one ticket. We kindly ask for both of our tickets to be refunded as we spent much more on accommodation for tonight and a new flight. I was solely refunded only 228.96€ while my girlfriend didn't get any money back. The employee at the airport assured us that we were both entitled to at least 250€ since our flight was canceled with less than 5 hours notice. Furthermore, in the App, there is no mention of the return tickets even being there. The forms for refund say that the flight was not cancelled. We kindly ask for a refund in the amount of at least 500€ since we spent much more money to get back home than we initially spent on the return tickets. The files attached show the full extent and proof of the costs that RyanAir was supposed to cover for us. Since they didn't offer us any place to stay or a different flight back to Zagreb, we had to get back on our own. This is why we demand a refund in the in amount of at least 500€, excluding the initial 228.96€ that only I got back. Our flight reservation number: OFV3FL Flight number: FR8791

Delay of last flight caused us to be stranded at destination

Four of us (incl. two young children) arrived at Verona 4 hours before the departure. Check-in desk was open with less than 90 minutes before departure. We waited at gate until departure time when we were informed of 40 minute delay. No reason given. Then extended again. In the end the flight took off almost 2 hours late. Called car rental Drivalia continuosly from 00:10 until 12:40 who we booked through Ryanair. Followed their document instructions but no answer. Went to bus stop for shuttle to find many other passengers from our flight in same situation. Nobody could get through on the phone. Office details in documents say their office is open until 00:30. But not answering! As it was booked with Ryanair they would have known our flight details and could see if the flight was delayed. But they didn't bother. At 00:40 gave up and had no option other than taking a black cab to get to our destination, cost of Β£75. Next morning called Drivalia before 8am and told them I was coming to get the car. I tried to use the train to get there but THAT was cancelled (fallen tree) had to take an Uber which cost Β£35 Arrived at Drivalia after midday. They had rented out my car to someone else, even though I told them I was coming. I spent the next 3 hours trying to find another car rental in the airport. It cost almost double my original booking but Drivalia would only help by letting me book an expensive 4WD... hopeless for our family. Ryanair finally refunded the original car rental but only after having to make several phone calls and emails over the whole period of our two week holiday. At one point they said it would take 45 days to get the refund. When I challenged Drivalia as to them not answering the phone within office hours they responded (without apology) that they stop answering the phone at midnight because they no longer send the shuttle!. So in fact they close at midnight not 00:30!! Hopeless service from Drivalia and unrealistic refund process from Ryanair means we will never use either again. To rub salt in the wounds our return flight was also delayed, without any information at the airport until actual boarding time. Which again meant we missed connections, bus, trains. Arriving home at 3am !!!

London-Marrakech

Economy

Horrendous airline, never again.

First of all if one pays for priority boarding, it should be priority boarding, which means all passengers with priority boarding have priority to board first. It does not mean that both queues non priority and priority board at the same time. Second having to go to check in desk on way home at Marakesh airport to have our carry on luggage scrutinised/weighed, nearly caused missing flight. Why don't you tell people this at time of booking. Why couldn't we download boarding pass on return journey and had to wait in a queue at check in. Third because of all the queues, nearly missing the flight, we had no time to eat or buy food at departure and had no alternative but to buy your horrendous cheese n ham sandwich on board. 15 mins after consuming it, I became ill and I'm still ill. What is wrong with you, an EU airline serving food not fit to be given to pigs. Why can't you sell normal sandwiches sold in Boots, WH Smith etc, meal-deal types. You should be ashamed of yourselves. All you're good for is squeezing every penny out of your customers, worse baggage rules. Will never ever fly wit Ryanair again.
