Your holiday flight with Corsair didn’t go to plan. So, what should you do? Is it worth lodging a complaint? As a general rule, you should always let the airline know how you feel about your experience.

Depending on the issue, you can get discounts and even a cash payout for the inconvenience caused. Keep reading and will give you all the information you need to file a complaint with Corsair.

Common Corsair Complaints

From lost baggage and uncomfortable seats, to unfair fees and rude flight attendants, passengers can complain to Corsair about anything. The most common complaints however, are about Corsair flight delays, cancellations, and other flight disruptions like overbooking

Luckily, as a Corsair passenger, you’ll be protected by Regulation EU261. This means you could get between €250-€600 for flight interruptions that result in a delay of 3 hours or more at your destination.

As well, you can expect to get reimbursed by the airline for lost, delayed or damaged baggage. Basically, submitting a formal complaint is definitely worthwhile.

Tips for a Favourable Outcome

  • Remember, you have to prove your side of the situation, so you’ll have to add as many details as possible. The earlier you send your complaint, the more clear the details will be.
  • Add receipts, photos, travel documents and anything that can support your complaint.
  • Give Corsair more than one way to get in touch with you. Ideally, one email and one phone number to call or text you.
  • Tell them what you hope to receive to remedy the bad experience. If you are clear and polite, you will have better results.

The pilot was going to let us know why we had so much delay but in the end never did and rushed everyone to board and sit in 30 min tops to be able to still leave on the same day.

Problems at airport

Jan 2, 2025
My name is Americo Bayona Anton. I bought 3 round trip tickets to fly from Miami International Airport to Orly Airport in Paris, France. We were supposed to fly on Wednesday March 18, 2020 but because of the Covid pandemic, Corsair Airlines suspended all trips so we could not fly. After several months Corsair sent notifications via email to submit tickets numbers and reservation numbers to them in order to return the money to the passengers. Since then, I have tried multiple times to get my money back for those 3 tickets with no luck. Every time they wanted something else (more information). I have tried multiple emails, filling forms in the internet, direct phone calls. I have tried even with telephone calls to Corsair Headquarters in France, every time, they said to do it thru the internet and emails. They never answered my latest emails. The last I know is that Corsair does not fly out of the United States any longer, they are operating out of Canada. Originally, I had bought the tickets thru CheapOair which is a Travel ticket vendor. CheapOair told me that they don't have anything to do with those tickets because the money was in the hands of Corsair. The names of the passengers: Americo B. Anton, Negda S. Anton and Carolita Marina Hoover. I paid $530.00 for each tickets, the total was $1590.00. Thank you very much for your help. Americo B. Arrived in Paris so late we couldnt pick up our car and had to spend the night at the airport hotel, instead of our planned hotel already paid. Was never able to reach the airline.
