Dear Egypt air Customer Service, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding the recent cancellation of my flight MS768 scheduled on 12 October 2024 from barcelona airport to Cairo airport. I was not informed in advance about the cancellation, which caused significant inconvenience and disruption to my travel plans. I would appreciate an explanation for the cancellation and any compensation that may be available for affected passengers. I had the flight LH20 at 15:00 and then it was cancelled and they put me on LH22 at 16:00 and then it was delayed for 35 minutes and then sent me email saying it was cancelled and then they put me on LH30 which was supposed to start at 19:00 but actually was 20 minutes late , so my takeoff was late by 4 hours 20 minutes I arrived about 8:20 , i arrived really late to my and i missed the train to my final destination.

i first sent them a email written in mandarin, they answered very quickly, asking for an English mail because they can't read. So I sent another English email writing directly what I claimed in the Mandarin one, this time they kept silent for a whole week. Tricky.

Flight from Brussels to Cairo was delayed (1u50min) and arrived at 22.58u. so the connecting flight from Cairo to Entebbe was alreayd gone (22.40u.).Normally arriving at Entebbe at 5.20u. Egyptair gave tickets to Addis Abeba (MS851 and ET332), I arrived at 11.16u. (6 hours later)
