I arrived at my final destination more than 6 hours later than scheduled, which caused serious professional and personal damage. I had booked a Ryanair flight for April 9th at 23:30 to arrive in Tangier at 1:00 AM on April 10th. This timing was crucial because I had an important business meeting scheduled for 8:00 AM on April 10th, involving a €12,000 contract. On the day of the flight, Ryanair sent a last-minute notice that the flight would depart earlier, at 22:20 instead of 23:30. I had to rush to the airport to make it in time, only to find out that the departure time had been pushed back to 23:30 again. Later, it was delayed again to 1:00 AM, and then to 5:55 AM. This was the fourth change in departure time, all made on the same day with very short notice and no proper communication or explanation. Throughout this ordeal, Ryanair failed to provide any assistance or care. Passengers were left without food, drinks, or guidance. At 1:00 AM, we were even forced to leave the terminal, as it was closing. We were left outside in the street without transportation or support to reach the other terminal that remained open. I had to walk there with heavy luggage, which caused significant pain and injury to my shoulder. Ultimately, I arrived in Tangier just before 9:00 AM, after customs clearance, which was too late for my scheduled meeting. I missed the appointment entirely, losing a €12,000 contract I had spent months preparing and negotiating. This incident caused substantial financial damage, professional harm, physical injury, and emotional distress. I find Ryanair's handling of this situation unacceptable. The lack of care, repeated schedule changes, poor communication, and the total absence of customer support are serious breaches of EU passenger rights (EC 261/2004). I respectfully request the full compensation I am entitled to under the law, as well as a formal response addressing these unacceptable failures.

They prevent me to flight

I had a flight from Rome to Malta, flight number: fr8560. I was inside the plane and I was exhausted because I had a previous flight. The flight attendant noticed that I was exhausted and asked me. I told her that I felt tired because of the number of hours of waiting inside the airport. She asked me if I wanted to be seen by a doctor. I told her there was no need for that and that the doctor had come to see me and said that I was fine. However, they prevented me from the flight. I told them that my health condition was good and that I did not suffer from any chronic diseases. I was taken off the plane and my son and I were forced to leave the flight. Now I ask you to compensate me for the losses that you caused.

Very very rude Ryanair staff

I've met on this flight the most rude, inhuman ,patronising female staff like never before..especially a woman with blonde hair with glasses and another woman with long hair dyed red..Shouting at customers, being rude and forcing them to double check their luggage weight even tho the most of the passengers had the right size and weight of the luggage. Its not a first time I've met rude staff from a Ryanair company but these women were truly unbelievable. Shame on Ryanair to hiring such a staff .

Weather conditions

Summary of events: The captain attempted two landings in Malta but was unable to land due to strong winds. The flight was then diverted to Catania, Sicily for refuelling and to await further instructions. After some time sitting onboard without disembarking or any refreshments offered, the flight took off again and successfully landed in Malta. Total delay duration: The total delay from scheduled arrival to actual arrival was nearly 3 hours, and the overall travel time was significantly extended, causing inconvenience and fatigue. Lack of assistance: During this entire time, passengers were not offered any refreshments β€” not even water β€” and no communication was made about available support or next steps. No updates were given regarding the estimated wait time, nor were any provisions made for basic needs.

Problems with everything

Hello this is the last time I will be using Ryanair after today's fiasco. First of all the flight did not happen as described and was delayed two times. After we went for boarding they stopped me and my children's small bag which according to them was not fit. Not only that they didn't do this requirement for everyone but randomly choose who's luggage is unfit of which 90% of everyone was. Wasn't enough to force you to pay but they threaten people with staying. I will never use this company or recommend to anyone ever. Y

Charged unlawfully

I had prepaid for a priority boarding with 10 kg trolley. At the airport the ground crew treated me rudely and then claimed they will not let me board unless I pay again for the trolley. 75 Euro. I have a handicap (not very noticeable) so then he rudely treated my handicap. You are a shame and this was illegal.

Our flight from Manchester to Milan was delayed by a few hours. When we finally made our way to the gate, we were denied boarding. We were informed that the aircraft had been changed to a smaller one, resulting in insufficient seats for the passengers, including myself and my sister. We were told to rebook alternative flights to Milan; however, our trip was a connecting flight to Sofia, and we found that there were no direct flights available from Manchester to Sofia with Ryanair. The next available connection was several days later, which was not feasible for us. Consequently, we had to secure a flight with another provider, incurring expenses totaling Β£704. We were told by Ryanair staff at the airport to book the alternative flights, which we did and to submit compensation claim. We have been trying to claim back for nearly a year now but Ryanair's (lack of) customer service has made it impossible. We are being bounced around and not received any assistance from Ryanair. Please, help us fight for our rights!

Carry on luggage

I had a backpack with a laptop and checked in luggage . I was told I need special permission for my laptop back pack while waiting to board. And apparently , personal items like a handbag/purse I had to pay €70. Because, woman don’t have handbags. The most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. Please explain why I need permission to bring a very small laptop bag onboard your flight? I won’t even bother to ask why the €70 fee for a purse.

No reason given

I was booked to be on the flight from Venice VCE to STN on 5th Feb 25. With less than 12 hours notice, Ryanair changed the departure airport and she was then expected to travel to Trieste for the flight, which is hours away by public transport involving changes. This was completely unacceptable and not possible at such short notice. I booked her on another flight that day. The original flight was €41.99 and the replacement €247.80 (attached), so a premium of €205.81. Ryanair offered to refund the original ticket of €41.99. To give you the detail, I turned up at Venice airport and tried to get through check in that’s when I realised the flight was cancelled when I tapped through the barrier and the prompt appeared. (830am) I was instructed to contact the Ryanair desk who told me that all passengers were sent an email to inform them they had been assigned a seat on the 1140 flight departing from Trieste. The officer advised me to contact the Lufthansa desk as there was a Swiss Air flight to London via Zurich and an Austrian airlines flight via Vienna departing at 13 and 1400 but I will have to purchase a ticket myself. He told me that Ryanair would not pay for my ticket. I asked him if Ryanair would pay for a cab to get me to Trieste and he said no. I explained that Trieste is quite a distance (there was no way for me to get to Venice Mestre by bus and find a train and then travel to Trieste airport.) I told him it was unreasonable that I was expected to make my way to Trieste. My husband then purchased a BA ticket on the 1240 BA flight to London Heathrow for €247.80. The officer told me that I would have to write to Ryanair to seek a refund. I checked the trains to Trieste from Venice S Lucia (739 am arriving at 949 which I had missed and the 939 which arrived at 1144 which was too late). Because my husband was away on business I needed to be back to drive my daughter to an orchestra rehearsal. The officer told me there was a strike by luggage handlers but I saw 2 Ryanair flights coming in at Venice airport while I waited for the BA flight. The BA flight departed normally with no delay and landed 20 minutes early at 14.10 (15.10 Italian time) so the strike cannot be argued to be the cause of the cancellation (but Ryanair argued that it wasn't strictly cancelled because they put me on another flight at another airport, which I'd dispute). I felt completely helpless and Ryanair personnel offered no assistance. Ryanair did send an email to inform me of the airport change, on 3rd Feb 25 at 22.58 (less than 36 hours before the flight) but it went to my spam folder. They didn't try to call me. When I applied for a claim, the rejected it because the delay was less than 3 hours (although the flight was actually cancelled and moved to another airport hours away) and on another occasion, they stated that "We're sorry but the flight you have selected was cancelled more than 14 days before the scheduled Departure/Arrival time of airport: departure VCE - and STN no EU261 compensation is applicable.", but this is not true as I was only informed about the change of airport less than 36 hours before departure (in my spam folder). I have uploaded both responses above should you need them. I look forward to hearing from you. Many thanks.

My three daughters (16, 14, and 12) were supposed to fly from Dublin to Brussels on March 28, 2025, at 17:50, as they have regularly done over the past three years. Despite successfully checking in and passing all airport controls without issue, a Ryanair employee, Georgy/Jorgy (?), rudely denied them boarding, even threatening to call the police. At no point were we informed that their travel was not allowed, and even the airport police were surprised by the situation. As a result, my daughters missed an important weekend, and we lost three tickets due to Ryanair’s lack of communication and the unacceptable behavior of their staff. I expect an explanation, a refund, and appropriate action regarding this incident.

I was incorrectly overcharged for a bag I had paid for

as i was attempting to board a very rude and unprofessional member of staff told me abruptly my cabin bag I had paid for was too big.I was abut to place it in the measuring rack as I know it fits a sI use it all the time on Ryanair due to me having previously checked their sizing requirements. The bag in question is 55x35x20 cm which I have submitted photographic proof of including the original labels still attached to the bag from when I purchased it,I leave these on for this reason as I know Ryanair try to penalise customers regularly. The specified cabin bag weight is 10kg(the bag was 8.3 kg weighed by myself and not weighed at check in desk) and the size of my bag is clearly smaller than the guidelines set out by Ryanair themselves. I have contacted Ryanair numerous times to request a refund as it is clear they are in the wrong and making money by incorrectly overcharging. I have photographic evidence of my claim and would like advice on how to take this further. The lady at the check in continued to serve the people behind me and did not even look at the proof i was showing her@luggage sizing labels) or allowing me to wait and use the measuring rack. She ushered me out the queue harshly and abruptly which was very embarrassing and I did not want to cause a scene so regretfully just paid. I was then charged Β£75 and my bag that she said wouldnt fit in the overhead and had to be placed in the hold was then subsequently placed above my head in the overhead compartment by staff!!...all of this proof and pictures I have submitted to them and they are refusing to comply. This cannot be legal and can only be seen as scamming innocent people. My bag was not too big, it was smaller and I should not have been charged.

Cabin Baggage at Stansted Airport

I am emailing in regards to the bad customer service I have experienced from Ryanair staff at Stansted Airport. Below are the events that took place, needless to say I am less than happy with how it was handled. I booked a ticket to fly from Copenhagen International Airport on the 15th February 2025 to Stansted Airport, this ticket was a priority ticket allowing me a cabin bag and an under the seat bag. Prior to flying because of my experience with Ryanair in the past I measured my cabin bag to make sure it was inline with Ryanair's prescribed measurements of 55x40x20cm. I took pictures of these measurements to prove that my bag met Ryanair's requirements in fact they were slightly under your requirements. Leaving Copenhagen I had no problems with staff who checked my bag and gave me the all clear. I was supposed to fly back to Copenhagen on the 25th February 2025 but as plans changed I extended my ticket to the 6th March 2025 which cost me 379.71DKK which included priority boarding with a cabin bag and an under the seat bag. On this occasion I also had to check in a large bag of 20kg which cost me 335.75DKK, while checking in this bag I asked Ryanair staff if my cabin bag was in fact okay as I have only experienced problems with Ryanair at Stansted Airport in my previous travels to which the staff at baggage check in reassured me that my cabin bag was in fact okay. Once my gate was allocated I queued in the priority boarding line waiting for one of two Ryanair staff to become available to allow the boarding to start. One of the staff called me forward and asked to check my cabin bag, I placed it in the cabin bag measuring box and one of my wheels was stated by this member of staff to be outside the box and therefore I had to check in my cabin bag which was to cost Β£75 which is more than what my 20kg bag cost me to check in. I challenged this saying my bag met the required measurements and that I even have pictures to prove it however the member of staff stated to me "I don't care about your pictures". While I was speaking to this member of staff another gentleman went to the second Ryanair staff, his bag fitted in the box just like mine and the second Ryanair staff said "Just this time you can take your bag on however it does not entirely fit so next time you will have to check it in", with this I asked why he didn't have to check his bag in to which both members of staff said "We've made our decisions". This interaction made me realise that each staff was basing the fit of the cabin bag based on their own opinions and that if you went to the first member of staff your bag was going to be checked in and if you went to the second member of staff your bag was fine to be on board. It didn't matter about Ryanair's policy or measurements just the staff's opinion. I explained that the staff at baggage check-in said my cabin bag was fine, however the member of staff at boarding said it wasn't her problem. I went to pay her Β£75 cash to which she told me she can't accept it, I explained that it is a legal tender and I am paying the required amount. She told me I have to pay by card , otherwise the bag has to stay behind, I went on to explain why I couldn't pay by card to which her response was to ask everyone at the boarding gate if someone can help me pay. Needless to say this action made me highly embarrassed and was extremely unprofessional by the boarding staff. I left the queue and went straight to the customer service desk and spoke to a member of staff there about my current problem, he even took a look at my bag in the measuring box and said it was absolutely fine. I showed the pictures and at the end of our conversation he told me he agreed with me and that I was in the right, however he couldn't come tell the boarding staff that because he said if they've made up their minds there is nothing he could do. What is the point in the customer service desk if there is nothing they can do for the customer? I went back to the boarding staff and asked why I was allowed to bring my cabin bag without problem from Copenhagen but now it is a problem, the staff explained that Copenhagen is a different country and does things differently. To me this did not make sense as even though the country changes the company does not. I am not happy with my experience, each member of staff I spoke with told me something different highlighting that not one member of Ryanair's staff are on the same page and know what they are talking about. There was no accountability from Ryanair's standpoint. Each member made it my problem instead of offering support and in my honest opinion the boarding staff were very unprofessional, I am not the only passenger from the flight that thought so many others had the same problem. I am now requesting a refund for my priority ticket from Stansted Airport to Copenhagen a total of 379.71dkk (danish krone) and Β£75 for my cabin bag I had to check in, my priority ticket was no longer a priority ticket when I was not allowed to take my cabin bag on board. Had I been told about my cabin bag from the beginning I would not have brought it or if I did I would have checked it in as it costs less. I look forward to hearing back from you regarding my refund.

We strongly condemn the racist behaviour displayed by certain individuals associated with Ryanair. Racism has no place in our society, and it is unacceptable in any form, especially when it involves a company that serves people from all walks of life, regardless of the race, ethnicity, or background. The actions that perpetuate such discrimination not only harm individuals but also tarnish the reputation of organizations that fail to take a firm stand against such behaviour. Ryanair, as a leading airline, has a responsibility to foster an environment that is inclusive, respectful, and welcoming to all passengers and employees. We urge the company to take immediate and meaningful steps to address the situation, ensure accountability, and actively promote diversity and equality. Racism undermines the values of fairness, respect, and humanity that should guide every interaction in both public and private spaces. We stand in solidarity with those affected and call for a united effort to eradicate this harmful practice from all corners of society, including within the aviation industry. This whole attitude was towards my son, he is traumatized. I took the wheels off the suitcase and they still wouldn't let me board or pay.

Death of Mother

I was due to fly to Malaga with Ryanair tomorrow (19th March 2025), however my mother died yesterday (17th) so I’m obviously not going on holiday but Ryanair don’t seem to understand, I was told by Customer Service that I have to submit a death certificate prior to boarding. This is completely impossible, there is no way I can do that in less than 2 days. The way I was treated by the customer service person was abysmal and completely brutal. When I originally tried to deal with it I was still actually sitting in a room with my dead mother at her home, my old childhood home waiting for the funeral directors to come and fetch her. I told her that and there was no humanity given back to me. No offer of trying to direct somewhere other than that claims portal that insists a death certificate is uploaded. It’s a difficult time and this abhorrent company didn’t help in the slightest! They are disgusting and completely heartless.

Pay for baggage/DAMAGE/Edinburgh

I am utterly disgusted at this airline’s inconsistent baggage policies. My outbound flight to Edinburgh was fine - my backpack (personal item) and cabin bag were allowed on board without any comments from staff. On my flight back from Edinburgh to Kaunas however, I was suddenly told that my tiny purse was considered a β€œthird bag” and that my cabin bag - the exact same one that I had before - was β€œtoo big”. Regardless, I worked very hard to rearrange items so that my cabin bag would fit into their ridiculous measuring slot. It fit perfectly, however a half inch overlay deemed it β€œunacceptable” according to them. I reluctantly paid the 75 pound fee, accepting that my cabin bag had to be checked in. Though idiotic - I had to pay an atrocious fee for bags that were fine on my trip out - I submitted to these policies and moved on. What happens next is even more infuriating. I arrived to Kaunas airport to find my bag SOAKING WET. A good half of my clothes are drenched, as well as several precious books I had with me on the trip. The clothes are stained and muddy grey, and a good half of the book pages are illegible and damaged beyond repair. Who’s going to compensate me for this? I sure hope it falls on the people who treated me - a loyal customer who flies with Ryanair on the regular, and have always been one to praise the airline - that made sure to squeeze those extra pounds out of me before I boarded my flight.

Luggage size

Despite having a booking with priority, therefore paying extra the Ryanair agent at the airport had considered that my luggage did not fit the regular size. That’s despite the fact that the top and the bottom of the luggage fit perfectly in but she pointed that a tiny bulge (hardly visible) was the issue. As far as I know she should have take tagged it and then get it in the haul for free because of the priority ticket? Well, she simply charged me the Β£75 for it and let me go through. I have also paid for extra leg room seats at the emergency exit which guarantees space for the luggage on the overhead compartment anyways. I find this absolutely disgusting and it seems that Ryanair staff are either incompetent or the company is extorting people for money! The agent even threaten me that I won’t get on the flight!? In the end the luggage did go with me but had been charged for it which doesn’t make any sense! I would like to formally raise a complaint and ask for a full refund!

Technical problems

Here's what I've sent to Ryanair: I tried to claim an EU261 compensation about my last flight from Lisbon to Alicante (QT2BFA) that was delayed more than 3 hours and it says it is not elegible (Disruption caused by unexpected and extraordinary circumstances, which were beyond our control). But this is not correct, as EU laws confirm https://europa.eu/youreurope/citizens/travel/passenger-rights/air/index_en.htm#ex-circumstances-delayed-2 Situations which are not considered as extraordinary circumstances include: most technical problems which come to light during aircraft maintenance or are caused by failure to maintain an aircraft As I have all your alerts from that day stating the there was a minor aircraft issue that engineers were working (check attached).

Complaint regarding unfair penalty and unacceptable treatmen

Dear Customer Service, I am writing to formally complain about an unacceptable incident that occurred on 12/03/2025 at Malta Airport . At the boarding gate, I was told that my cabin bag exceeded the allowed dimensions by only 1.5 cm. Despite this minimal difference, I was charged a €75 penalty, an unreasonable fee considering that my luggage did not cause any space issues. What made the situation even worse was the behavior of your staff. After I expressed my disappointment with a completely non-offensive comment (β€œI hope they pay you well for this”), I was insulted and even threatened with being denied boarding and reported to authorities. It is unacceptable that Ryanair staff treat passengers with hostility and intimidation instead of handling situations professionally. Additionally, I witnessed a clear inconsistency in how the baggage rules were enforced. A woman in front of me had a bag at least twice the allowed size, yet it was not checked at all. I also saw other passengers carrying multiple backpacks in addition to their cabin bags, without any issue. If the rules are applied selectively, it becomes clear that this is more about profit than fair enforcement. I am therefore requesting a refund of the penalty and appropriate action regarding the staff involved. If no action is taken, I reserve the right to report this incident to consumer protection organizations and to share my experience publicly. I look forward to your response. Best regards, Joanna Ritondale

No reason given

Ryanair flight was due to depart at 1:25PM turkish time. At 1:48 we received an email telling us that our flight would be delayed until 6:30pm At 3:50 we received an email telling us our flight was delayed until 8:00pm We received no information regarding the delay until 01:45 on march 11th. At around 5pm we were offered a singular sandwich and drink per passenger and no other food was provided in the following 9 hours until we boarded our flight, we were not provided access to any water or to allow any hold bags which contained medicines etc. The flight was delayed till 01:45AM due to staffing issues and not due to the technical issues which were assessed and cleared by an engineer at 8PM. There was also no proper food on the flight when boarded. There was no ryanair representative in the airport and all call lines/ chat were inaccessible. We arrived at our final destination at 4AM GMT resulting in a total of a 13 hour delay. A bottle of water in the airport cost roughly Β£6-8 and was not accessible due to no stockage within the airports alongside there being no other food available to purchase in the airport as this had sold out at roughly 3PM turkish time. We had been at the airport 16 hours by time of boarding the plane with only one opportunity to eat.

Hi, I am flying ofen with you company and today I was discriminated against by the staff at Vienna airport because of my hand luggage. I flew with the same luggage to Vienna but on the way back they demanded payment for the luggage. They behaved very hostilely and I was not allowed to step on the plane and had to buy new tickets to Stockholm for 500 euros.

Grève

My return flight was due on the 28.02 back to Rome. There was a strike, Ryanair has only informed me on the 24th that there was no flight. They could have had organized a flight the next day, on the 1st of March, but they did not. I had to find a return ticket, of course on the 1st of March airline tickets where well too expensive, Ryanair had no flights for Rome. I was so mad, I needed to go home. The cheapest flight was on Sunday the 2nd of March. I was not in Athens for Holidays, My Cie paid only one extra night, so I had to find an hotel room for the night from Saturday to Sunday. I was nor ready to pay over 500.00 euro for a flight. I did loose some appointments I had for work in Rome, as the 3rd of March I had another flight to get back to Strasbourg in France. This mean I had to change all my appointments and will have to go back to Rome next week just for 2 days. I did not want to go back because my Mom is in Hospital with cancer. She is 89 years old. I could have spend that time with her. Some of my colleagues had a return flight organised by Ryanair to go to Paris, but not for Rome.

I was mistreated regarding my baggage

Myself and my partner were charged €150 on the way over for 4 bags being over size, we had to keep bags at our feet as the overhead was too full, we payed for priority with 2 bags, and we were not able to keep bags up above, it was a huge safety hazard and on the way back we were stopped for only one of the same 4 bags and charged €70 for that one.

200 cigarettes left on board went missing

I bought my auntie 200 x Rothmans cigarettes from Manchester airport in the UK, i accidentally left them on the flight on the floor of my seat on the flight i got off the plane and realised they were not on my person. I went to go back and was stopped by a woman who advised i go to the Ryanair desk and they could help, they radioed through to the flight who said there were no cigarettes on the flight and that i would need to ring customs. i have now been trying for 2 ays to get my aunties present back to her but been told there is no possible way to be connected to customs as theres no phone number or email and the live chat agent i was speaking to sent me a link to a page and when it transferred me through he was gone and there was no help on the redirected page. Not happy whatsoever, no help provided, im Β£60 down and now i havent got my auntie any cigarettes now. The fact you havent helped me in the slightest is abit of a joke. Im not impressed with this company at all. Things should be in place so customers can retrieve their stuff i literally left them on the plane and by the time i got in the building i reported them and there was nothing you could do? sounds like lies and BS to me.

These are to complaints from 2 different travelling dates:

I purchased a ticket from Ryanair, flight departing from London Stanstead airport and arriving at Rhodes on the 09/04/2024. However, on the departure day the gate was already closed 10 minutes earlier than the expected time. There were also another 8 people, in similar situation. I was very disappointed that I missed my flight, having also to sleep overnight on the airport seat waiting for the next flight on the next day, also as a consequence, I had to pay an extra of Β£100,00 (one hundred pounds) plus the extra cost of hiring another transfer Β£15 (fifteen pounds) as I missed the one which was already booked. These extras, are all on top of what I already paid to Ryanair airline, to carry on with my holiday. That put me in financial difficulty. However, I would like to point out that on the following day Ryanair flight was delayed for over an hour and there was not even an apology from the airline. See attached copy of ticket paid and boarding pass. Last year on the 16 December 2024, I had an unresolved issue with Ryanair website which didn’t allow me to download my boarding pass. I inputted all the required information but in the final stage it kept automatically defaulting me to buy Priority Seat which I never needed or required. Ryanair website kept me hostage for 2 days demanding me to pay for Priority Seat. I contacted several times by phoned the Tour Operator (Loveholidays) to sort the matter but was told that it was Ryanair policy that the boarding pass could only be downloaded from its website. I had decided to cancel the holiday but my Tour Operator (Loveholidays) told me if I decide to cancel the holiday, I would lose all the money paid. It was extremmely confused and caused me a lot of stress and panic. I then had to take a chance to travel to Gatwick airport to try to sort out the problem without the boarding pass. I am now asking that Ryanair to provide a refund of the flight cancellation, the extra cost of hiring another transfer Β£15 (fifteen pounds) plus compensate me for the stress and huge inconvenience I was submitted on both occasions, in according to Ryanair’s refund policy.

Staff was absolutely uncooperative. They were also absolutely unaware of the current regulations of the country they were boarding people for, which resulted in the current situation. We arrived at our final destination around 14-15h. local time instead of 8.30 local time. We had a tour booked for the day and we missed the major part of it.

As of January 8th, 2025, the UK requires citizens of Argentina and other countries to have an ETA (Electronic Travel Authorization) to visit the UK. Therefore, I applied for one and had my application approved before buying the tickets. ETA is linked to the passport you use to travel to the UK, so when it’s approved, you don’t receive a separate document (with a picture or anything like that). Instead, you get an email explaining when, for how long, and for what purposes you’re allowed to enter the UK. It also states that when you travel, 'You only need your passport ending in XXX.' So, my wife (who is Bulgarian, and thus not yet subject to the ETA requirement) and I arrived at the airport on time for our 7:25 a.m. flight from Sofia to London. But the Ryanair crew seemed completely unaware of the ETA. I don’t think they’d ever heard of it before. They kept asking me to present an eVisa, which I don’t need. They wouldn’t listen to my explanations, nor were they willing to read the email with my ETA approval or check the UK government website. They were both incompetent and unhelpful, dismissing my claims without even hearing me out. As a result, they refused to let me board the plane. My wife and I lingered at the airport for several hours, trying to find someone willing to listen to our situation. Until about three hours later, someone did. We managed to get the Ryanair staff at the airport to contact their central office, who apparently told them to let us board the next flight to London at 1:30 p.m. So, we finally arrived in London at 14:50 p.m., five hours later than planned, missing our first excursion. And I was sure not loving Ryanair during those five hours.

Weather conditions

Hello I boarded the flight from Toulouse to Oujda under reservation number GQYJXJ, which was supposed to arrive at Oujda Airport at 7:30 in the morning. We were then sent to Nador Airport at approximately 7:45 a.m. An official there told us that there were buses waiting for us outside to take us to Oujda Airport. But we waited for more than 3 hours without food or drink, and we were not treated properly and communicated with, which is in violation and disrespectful to the rights regulations stipulated in EURO 261/2004. Therefore, I ask your lady for appropriate compensation for the moral damage I suffered, given that I arrived home in a deplorable state, knowing that I arrived at Oujda airport at two o’clock in the afternoon, a delay of approximately 6 hours to the scheduled time of landing of the plane, as well as for not providing us with means of comfort, food, and drink. Accept the utmost respect and appreciation
