We traveled to Jordan in June 2025, and on the day Israel attacked Iran (June 13), Ryanair canceled the return flight to Bucharest scheduled for June 15. Although the airspace was reopened on June 15, Ryanair did not resume the flight. On June 13 around midday I contacted Ryanair and they tried to find me a return flight. They initially told me that there were 2 connecting flights for June 18 and 19. While the operator was doing some more checking, those flights were also canceled. Thus, we ended up in a situation where Ryanair could not help us with a rebooking and we had to find alternative options to leave Jordan.Ryanair also did not offer us any options for accommodation or food. So we booked a flight on our own for Monday, June 16 to Jeddah (Saudi Arabia). From there, on the 2nd day, June 17th we had a flight to Dubai. From UAE (Abu Dhabi) we booked a flight to Bucharest (our original city) where we arrived 3 days late on Wednesday, June 17. Thus, we had to spend extra money for transportation, food and accommodation. Also, on Monday, June 16, we, both passengers, should have been present at our places of work, but due to this incident it was not possible, causing us to lose money from our own salaries.- Amman-Bucharest

Subject: Incorrect Exit Date on Stansted Airport Parking
I recently booked airport parking at London Stansted Airport through the Ryanair app, but I noticed that the exit date on the booking confirmation is incorrect. System did not give any option to choose dates. See confirmation email. Here are my booking details: β’ Booking Reference: ENF6SY/INR72V β’ Parking Booking Reference: STN-STN_SS_Blue-40977945 β’ Correct Entry Date: 19 July 2025 β’ Correct Exit Date: 21 July 2025 β’ Incorrect Exit Date on Booking: 20 July 2025 I believe this may have been a system error or an unintentional input issue. I would appreciate it if you could help me amend the booking to reflect the correct exit date, or advise on the next steps if changes are not possible. Please let me know if you require any additional information or documentation. Thank you for your assistance.- Economy

The flight was cancelled by the airline by text message on Thursday the 3rd of July at 14:46. Which I can provide. I had to book an additional x3 nights at an Air BnB (invoice to follow). I also had to pay for x3 evening meals at a local pub. In addition to this. I had to pay for a taxi on my return to Bristol (receipt to follow) as my wife was unable to collect me due to work commitments. The whole thing has been extremely disruptive. It has ruined social commitments that I had over the weekend, as well as work commitments on Monday the 7th due to travel, as I am expecting to land back in Bristol at 10:30am on the 7th, so x3 days later than expected. By the time I return home I will have missed half a day at work. The airline offered no support with accommodation or travel arrangements.- Limoges-Bristol

Weather conditions
The flight was unexpectedly diverted to Bologna (BLQ), landing at approximately 11:00 AMβfar from our intended final destination. At 12:18 PM, we received an SMS from Ryanair stating that coaches would arrive in about 120 minutes. At that point, our luggage still hadnβt been processed due to the high volume of landings. Shortly afterward, we received our luggage. However, the ground staff were unable to provide clear information about when the coaches would arrive, making it impossible for us to arrange alternative transportation. As a result, we decided to wait for the buses Ryanair had promised. The coaches finally arrived around 4:00 PM and departed at approximately 4:15 PM. In total, we waited about five hours at the airport. We were then transported by road for approximately three hours, ultimately arriving at Bergamo Airport at around 7:00 PM. This resulted in a delay of over eight hours in reaching our final destination.- Sofia-Bergamo

Flight boarded on time, but when my family and I sat at our seats and the attendants closed the plane doors, some delay occurred then the plane got pushed in position to reach the runway but stopped in its track. After further 15 minutes it was announced that we would be grounded in the plane for two hours before we could depart... after a hellish two hours of sitting idly without water and a toddler crying next to me, the plane moved back in front of the terminal and the crew finally opened the door and told us to leave the plane and wait in the terminal until further information. Some time later, it was announced we could embark around 20h, lots of delay and unknown occured until we finally got to the plane and were able to depart. All passengers were then roaming in the hallway, waiting for information,- Charleroi-Porto

Disrespectful Italian crew β flight from Bergamo
During my flight with Ryanair operated by an Italian crew, I experienced very rude and disrespectful behavior from one of the female flight attendants. She shouted at passengers, refused to respond to requests in English, and stayed seated in the back throughout the flight without showing any willingness to help. This was an unpleasant and stressful experience for many passengers. She only responded to passengers speaking Italian and ignored all others.- Economy
Complain and claim about the refund of the extra fee for cab
Hi, I would like complain about a very bad experience I got at boarding gate. I have traveled with the same luggage with priority boarding for many years, I havenβt never got any problem to be boarded with it, then today, they made me pay for the extra fee. I felt like the company Ryanair cheats on passengers and willingly take money from me. I have attached the picture bellow. I still feel very upset and unfair, please, would you kindly look into my case and accept to refund the amount 75β¬ I paid for it.- Economy

Flight delayed by 7 hours Originally meant to take of at around 15:00 in the afternoon. we boarded the plane at around 17;50 and it didn't take off until 22:00. No refreshments offered and very little communication from airline staff. Luggage was taken off as the plane was apparently too heavy so no bags when we eventually arrived.- Corfu-Manchester

We boarded flight at 17.45 ( 2.5 hours late) - then sat on the tarmac for over 4 hours - they said reason for delay was flight to heavy - all bags removed from flight. No water of food offered in those 4 hours. I would like compensation for lack of duty of care (legal requirement). Luggage was not delivered until 10am on 29th June. Landed Man almost 7 hours late. Only compensation offered was 4 Euro in the terminal to buy a coffee (Coffe cost was 5 euro) ! When I pointed out they had a legal duty to supply water at the very least after 4 hours stationary on the tarmac - they offered to sell me a bottle !- Corfu-Manchester

Problems at airport
I am submitting a formal complaint regarding Ryanairβs refusal to process a compensation and reimbursement claim under EU Regulation 261/2004 for flight FR428 from Bergamo (BGY) to Sarajevo (SJJ), originally scheduled to depart on 21 June 2025 at 21:30. This complaint is on behalf of the following three passengers: Berina PekmezoviΔ β Booking reference: OTG66D Samir Ε abanija β Booking reference: YU2B5T Dalia Luna Ε abanija β Booking reference: YU2B5T Although we were on two separate bookings, we were traveling together and all experienced the same disruption. Samir and Dalia Luna Ε abanija are my husband and daughter. Throughout the evening of 21 June, the Ryanair app displayed multiple delays of the flight, including revised departure times after 23:00. These times were later removed from the app and are no longer accessible. Around midnight, airport staff verbally informed us that the flight was cancelled because Sarajevo Airport was closed for the night, and Ryanair allegedly could not obtain landing permission. We received no official communication from Ryanair confirming this β neither via email, SMS, nor app notification. Since the 23:00 closing time of Sarajevo Airport is fixed and publicly known, this reflects a lack of planning on Ryanairβs part, not an extraordinary circumstance. Initially, we were told to find our own accommodation and transportation. Due to full hotels and late hour, this was very difficult. After 2 a.m., we were informed that Ryanair had finally arranged hotel accommodation. We arrived at the hotel around 2:30 a.m., but were told there would be no transportation provided back to the airport in the morning. We had to arrange a taxi for β¬80, which we are also requesting to be reimbursed. The replacement flight on 22 June, scheduled for 11:00, was again delayed, eventually departing after 12:10 β resulting in over 12 hours total delay. In addition, Ryanairβs mobile app does not allow me to submit a compensation or expense claim, stating the flight was cancelled due to "weather conditions." This is false. Weather had cleared by departure time, and the only communicated reason for cancellation was airport closure. The appβs refusal to accept our claim is effectively denying us access to our legal rights under EU261. We request that ENAC investigate this issue and require Ryanair to: Provide β¬250 compensation per passenger for the cancellation and long delay Reimburse the β¬80 taxi expense (receipt attached) Attachments included: Booking confirmations for both reservations Taxi receipt (β¬80) Screenshots Thank you very much for your attention to this matter. Please do not hesitate to contact me if additional information is needed. Sincerely, Berina PekmezoviΔ- Bergamo-Sarajevo

My visa was valid for 11 days of stay. I needed to stay for 13 days in Europe because of the cancellation. This may affect my next applications for visa in EU! Ryanair cancelled all there trips to Jordan so i needed to reserve a flight with RJ at a higher cost specially given the short notice! I needed to stay in a bad hotel due to the last minute reservation! I needed to pay a lot of extra costs due to the long distances i needed to move every day!- Beauvais-Amman

The flight was cancelled while we were waiting on the tarmac to board. The flight attendants simply walked out of the airport; we later learned they had already exceeded their permitted working hours and refused to continue. Ryanair offered no explanation, and airport staff informed us there were no available hotels. Unless we were travelling with children, they said, no accommodation could be arranged. I ended up sleeping on the airport floor. It wasnβt until early the next morning that we were told the flight had been rescheduled for mid-afternoon. The flight was delayed by over 17 hours.- Beauvais-Vienna

charged double for a cabin bag
a believe that there was confusion between me and the gate assistant. the bag was covered under my ticket, as my wife was holding it the assistant insisted on a charge. i tried to inform her that we have it covered and all was ok on the journey into Vienna. So to avoid a big scene at the gate as other people were waiting to board I paid under ticket MZBPN - 02. We were travelling together as Avtar Raju and Amarjit Kaur. Change of gate advertised on board from 204 to 111.
I arrived for my flight {as organised by my travel agent Mullingar Travel } at Terminal 1 at 4.45 on Sunday May 11th 2025. Flight was due to depart at 7.10. I checked the board and went to the allocated gate 204. There was a Ryanair gate 204, and I spoke to the Ryanair representative on a few occasions when I saw groups going through the gate and she told me each time that it wasn't my flight. Eventually when it was 7.10 I asked her again and she rang to inquire and informed me that my flight had left from Gate 111. I was due to be collected by a cruise representative at the airport. I rang the cruise representative and was told that they would have to leave without me if I didn't arrive before 15.00. So I had no choice but travel with Airlingus which cost me 246 euro. Can you please refund this? Colette Oxley Boardman- Economy

At the boarding gate, a drunk passenger was causing disruptions to other passengers. One of the stewardesses did not want this individual to fly; however, the captain said it was fine. Then during the flight, as he continued to upset passengers, the captain decided to return to LDN Stanstead airport, where the passenger was removed by Police. The individual should not have been allowed to board in the beginning, so the delay could have been avoided. He was clearly intoxicated and causing issues before the plane set off. The airline provided nothing for the delay.- London-Paphos

The evening before the scheduled departure, I was informed via email that the flight had been cancelled. However, no alternative flight was offered, nor was I provided with any assistance or compensation for the ticket I had already purchased. Given the lack of support, I went to the airport in person in hopes of receiving assistance. Unfortunately, there were no representatives from your airline available at the airport to advise or assist me in any way. This situation caused significant inconvenience and expense, and I believe it falls under the scope of passenger rights as established by [mention EU Regulation 261/2004 if applicable, or the relevant local law].- Charleroi-Sevilla

I am writing to formally submit a complaint and compensation request regarding a highly unpleasant experience that occurred on 3th of June, during a connection involving a Ryanair-operated flight. Our initial flight was delayed significantly, reducing the originally scheduled layover time of 2 hours and 30 minutes. As a result of the delay, we were forced to rush between flights, with no time to double-check or complete the check-in process for the next flight. Upon arriving at the boarding gate, we were informed that our check-in had not been registered, even though our tickets were valid, confirmed, and fully paid. We were denied boarding without any concrete solution being offered, despite the fact that the aircraft had not yet departed (we confirmed this with a business partner who was already on board at the time). Moreover, the Ryanair staff were extremely unhelpful and unprofessional: β’ We were told that it was not their responsibility, and were repeatedly redirected to other service points in the airport. β’ An employee at Terminal 1 informed us that no flights to Ibiza were available, offering no alternatives or support. β’ Ultimately, we had to purchase a new flight at our own expense for the following morning at 6 a.m., which caused us to lose an entire business day, resulting in economic and professional losses. In light of these circumstances, I hereby request: 1. A full refund for the unused tickets. 2. Compensation in accordance with EC Regulation 261/2004, Articles 5 and 7, for denied boarding and lack of assistance. 3. Reimbursement of the additional expenses incurred from purchasing a new flight (invoice available upon request). 4. An official explanation regarding the poor handling and lack of support from Ryanair staff at Vienna International Airport.- Vienna-Ibiza
