Job/Position: Affiliate & Partnerships Manager
Darren Colledge is an Affiliate & Partnerships Manager with over 17 years of experience in performance marketing and e-commerce across travel, marketplaces, and consumer platforms. He leads AirAdvisor's affiliate and partnerships strategy, managing publisher relationships and driving commercial growth initiatives.
Prior to AirAdvisor, Darren led the global affiliate programme at Go City, generating tens of millions of dollars in annual revenue across North America, Europe, and APAC, while managing a team of affiliate managers and executives. As Performance Marketing Manager at Plum Guide, he grew affiliate and OTA channels up to 3x previous revenue levels, building partnerships with brands including Booking.com and Expedia. He also held senior partnership and commercial roles at MoneySuperMarket Group and spent over a decade at STA Travel in progressively senior commercial and growth positions — including Global Commercial Manager and Global Partnership & Monetisation Manager — where he built a partnership programme generating £1m in incremental revenue within its first year.
Darren is passionate about data-driven commercial strategy and was an early adopter of AI tools to scale partner prospecting, performance reporting, and day-to-day commercial output.
