Czech Airlines has been in business since 1923, making it one of the oldest airlines in the world, but even with this long track history, they can still get things wrong from time to time. In 2023, Cirium found that CSA’s on-time performance was 89% - meaning that almost 9 out of every 10 Czech Airlines flights arrived within 15 minutes of when they were supposed to land. The airline offers a few different ways for passengers to reach them.
You won’t find a customer support email on the website. Instead, we recommend using the web form to send your complaint.

Because they are based in the Czech Republic, CSA is bound by the rules found in Regulation EU261. These rules force airlines to compensate you between €250 and €600 for flights delayed by a minimum of 3 hours at your final stop. You can also get compensation if your flight was cancelled, and you were given less than 2 weeks notice.
