My daughter had the misfortune of using enter air not only three hours delay an hour of sitting on tarmac with no reason then to land at Gatwick three hours late and three quarters of customers suitcases never made on the plane , how on Earth can I plane take off with less than half the passenger suitcases , what turned out to be a quick pick Up at Gatwick we had to wait three hours until she completed forms as no one gave information , how can you run an around like this , she was working as an elf at Lapland and her and three other friends have been treated very badly in additional to compensation for loss or luggage inconvenience for them you owe me 14.50 my parking should have been 5 pounds and yet cost me 19.50 due to you lot not putting luggage on plane I expect this paid within 7 days and her compensation paid as well within 7 days I am totally disgusted and will take this further if not settled correctly and financially correct , my daughter case was an IT CASE ONE OF THE LIGHTEST IN THE WORLD you owe me 60 pounds for the case and we estimate her clothes and make up etc to be around 900 pounds so you owe us as follows 900 for the clothing makeup etcc 60 pounds for the case 14.50 for over parking 200 pounds for my daughter for the inconvenience and stress caused by your airline Total 1174.50 you have seven days to pay this

Flight due to takeoff 1650 local time. Delay getting onto the plane without explanation, finally boarding the plane and then were told there would be another hour delay sitting on the tarmac. No offer of food or drinks and very little air-conditioning in 40° heat on a runway in roads in Greece. We finally arrived just before 2300 UK time, after being scheduled to land at 1950 local time.
