Refusal of Fullm Refund after Taking Refund Protection Plan

On 26 February I contacted Ethiopian Airline that I am unable to travel as mom has fallen sick and shortly after pregnant wife had to be admitted into the hospital due to some complication. I submitted my request for a full refund as I have take out the full refund protection plan. I submitted my necessary documents and at the end I was denied my full refund as it’s not valid for me not to board my flight. Both my mother and wife is in hospital but Sarah the Refund Team Agent did not see it’s validity hence denied my full refund. An old women with a condition that 90% of old people can get in the world is not valid to get a full cancellation. Wife has developed some pregnancy complication last minute and also is not valid enough to get a full refund Medical certificate and documents were provided from the hospital. Sarah and Ethiopian Airlines deems it necessary to board the flight and leave my wife and mother stranded on the road in the hospital ? Leaving my one year old son without any care from a guardian to look after him so abandoning my son I want to escalate this matter further as this is Ethiopian airlines policy is misleading and false !

at Abuja airport, I was humiliated, targeted for removal from flight by the manager Teddy, in fact I was removed from flight, because I questioned the policy of the airline to put my laptop bag on top of carry on luggage to weigh together. I voiced out that, over 15 years of flying in & out of united states there's never being a time anyone weighed my laptop bag. I was accused without evidence and removed from flight. Teddy gathered his employees to humiliate me, one of them snatched off my boarding pass from my hand and ran with it, he and others working with him tossed around, and up & down my carry on luggage. The policy is very wrong and needs to be addressed. secondly targeting & bullying people because they questioned your policy is a no no, and I'm considering further actions to take on this matter.

It's been more than 2 weeks. Flight ET 941, ET 611, baggage tag- 9071 ET018572, I have not received my bag and the Ethipian Airlines staff is not Co operating in kano, Nigeria. We have been visiting the airport every 2 to 3 times in a week. But no any update till now. Kindly contact and find my bag. I have important things and newly purchased items in the bag .

Denial of wheelchair Assistance& Mistreatment of Elderly Pas

Dear Ethiopian Airlines, I am lodging a formal complaint regarding the disgraceful treatment my 70-year-old mother endured while travelling with your airline from Somalia to Egypt. Despite paying in full, including wheelchair assistance, she was subjected to humiliation and neglect by your staff. Initially, we were asked to provide proof that she couldn't walk, including an absurd and degrading request for a video. Upon arrival at the airport, staff refused to provide a wheelchair, mocked her, and only relented after extensive intervention. The mistreatment continued at Addis Ababa airport, where staff abandoned her instead of assisting, leaving her in distress until a compassionate foreign crew member and a fellow passenger stepped in to help her board. It is well known that wheelchair assistance is a basic right for elderly and disabled passengers, yet your staff conduct was unprofessional, inhumane, and unacceptable. I demand a full investigation into this incident and appropriate compensation for the psychological distress and humiliation my mother suffered. I expect a prompt and serious response.
