we were embarked in the plane according to the schedule and just before take off we were informed by the pilot that we need to get off because the destination airport cannot accept the landing. We were rescheduled for 7 AM next morning and eventually managed to take off at 10:30 AM, after hours of waiting in the airport and just 3 hours of sleep.- Bergamo-Bucharest

My flight was supposed to depart at 8:35 am. The first time, it was delayed 10 minutes before the original departure time and from then, it kept being delayed with out any notice! They can say that it was due to bad weather conditions, but, all other flights, also the one going in in the same direction and having a same final destination, were departing and arriving without any problem! There was a flight to Milan just 5 minutes before ours, that departed without any delays. In the end we arrived with the delay of 6 hours. I require the compensation for the unacceptable delay as this one!- Ibiza-Bergamo

Terrible Web Site- Customer service
Went to Limoges airport on the 7th Jan then we was delayed , then later we was put on a coach to Nantes which took 5 hours, delayed at Nantes put on a plane later that night for hours , then was told the airport was shut and we had to unboard, Because it was late we had to stay in airport over night. The next day we was delayed again and eventually told at 3pm we were not flying that day the airport was shut, so if we got a hotel etc they would reimburse the costs. The next day was delayed again eventual got home late that day, When i tried to send my receipts in i got a message saying the flight was delayed due to weather and my case was closed , i have tried on line chat several time and have got no where with them , I'm still unable to submit them.Overall
Delayed in Airport for 3 days was not helped with Hotels , was told we would have to get our own hotel and transport and send our receipts in, January 7th have been unable to submit them i have had severel attempts with chat on line still got no where wit

bag checked in but flight cancelled and then no bag return!!
I checked in my bag at Berlin airport on Friday 6th Feb, waited for the plane in a queue, flight was then delayed and then at 10 minutes after it was due to take off it was cancelled, nothing from anyone at the airport, a simple message on the app. I then tried in vain to find out where my bag was with absolutely no response from anyone at the airport, so i had to leave my bag within the airport system , I then got a train from Berlin to Hamburg and a flight to Gatwick, I arrived back on Saturday early morning. I spent Saturday and Sunday trying to contact Ryanair, with no joy, they state i need to raise a baggage loss but for this i need a PIR number, this is when i report the loss to my arrival airport!!! i did not arrive at the airport as had to use an alternative flight!!! I was told that they would send an email to me as they agree they have my bag but this may be delayed as the Berlin situation as bad, but no luck on any email!!! so currently i have no bag, nothing from Ryanair,Overall

Betreff: Denied Boarding on Flight Vienna–London – Clarification and Refund Request Dear Ryanair Customer Service, I am writing again regarding my flight from Vienna to London, on which I was denied boarding. I live in Germany and hold a German residence permit (Niederlassungserlaubnis). On the same day before my flight, I spoke with your customer service, and they confirmed that I do not need a UK visa for my trip — only my residence permit and passport. However, at the airport I was refused boarding, even though I had all valid documents as advised by your own staff. I then had to book another flight at my own expense to travel to Cologne instead. I kindly ask you to: 1. Review this incident carefully, and 2. Refund or compensate me for the denied flight, as I was following the instructions provided by Ryanair staff. I am happy to provide copies of my passport, residence permit, and booking confirmation if needed. Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to your response. Best regards, Mahmood Al-JubooriOverall

I arrived at Berlin airport on time (around 11:00) and was alerted by an email that the plane was going to be delayed. No one was at the gate to give any explanation; the only information I got was from the app. Even the billboards were not acknowledging any delays, only the app. I waited at the gate until 15:30 when they started boarding, but only after the boarding procedures had started, did the plane arrive at the gate. This resulted in us waiting after the ID checks for almost an hour while the plane arrived at the gate, passengers disembarked and the plane was made ready for us to actually climb onto the plane. I was sitting at my seat at 16:37, and thought we would leave soon after, so I put my phone in airplane mode. At 17:23, we still had not departed, as we had to wait for antifreeze to be applied and for the general traffic of the airport. We departed then at around 17:30. The only information we got about the delay was from the pilot, who told us during the flight that the delay was due to traffic conditions at Berlin Airport, no mention of bad weather. The flight was ok, and we landed in Milano at 18:52. Thankfully, the place I had to be at that evening was flexible, and I was able to shuffle around some things and not miss the class I had to teach, but it was not as easy as I had planned at the start. I am not satisfied with the decision, as they say that the issue at the heart of the delay was bad weather over Berlin airport, but that does not match what happened. There might not have been great weather over Berlin airport at the time of departure, but the plane that was supposed to bring us to Milan only arrived in Berlin around 16:00 (almost 3 hours after the scheduled departure time). I would have understood the excuse of bad weather over Berlin if the plane had been ready to leave but was confined to the ground by the weather, but that did not happen. I believe that the weather had nothing to do with the delay in departure.- Schonefeld-Milano

Ezt írtam nekik emailben, amire még nem kaptam választ.: Dear Ryanair, I attempted to claim compensation for your flight to Marrakesh, which was scheduled to depart at 14:15 on January 13. Boarding the aircraft was on time—we were seated by 2:15 PM—when it was announced that we could not depart on schedule due to a technical fault. On the plane, the crew cited a technical issue, not the weather! If weather had been the problem, we wouldn’t have boarded at all, and we wouldn’t have had to wait more than 4 hours on board without food or drink. I kindly request that you re-examine the exact cause of the delay, as the technical fault was repeatedly announced on board and caused the ongoing delays! They even called an engineer to the aircraft because there was a problem with it! I purchased 2 tickets for this flight, so according to your regulations, I am entitled to 2 x €400 in compensation! Thank you in advance for your response! Best regards, Szerencsés Martin- Budapest-Marrakech

Προσωπικό αντιεπαγγελματικό.
Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to formally submit a complaint regarding unprofessional and inappropriate behavior by a staff member during my flight from Paphos to Thessaloniki on 23/01, scheduled at 06:00, under booking reference TQUIMY. The incident took place at Exit/Gate 2, where a female staff member of foreign origin behaved in a highly unacceptable manner. She was mocking and shouting at passengers, creating a tense, stressful, and unpleasant environment. Her behavior was clearly unprofessional and does not reflect the standards of respect, courtesy, and customer service expected from airline and airport personnel. As a passenger, I find it completely unacceptable to be addressed with irony and raised voice, especially in an airport setting where calmness, professionalism, and respectful communication are essential for both passenger experience and overall safety. I kindly request that this incident be thoroughly investigated and that I be informed of the actions taken. I sincerely hope that appropriate measures will be implemented to ensure that such behavior does not occur again in the future. Thank you for your time and attention. I look forward to your response.Overall

Unjustified baggage fee charged under pressure
Dear Ryanair Customer Service Team, I am writing to complain about a very distressing experience with ground staff at Dublin Airport on 20 November at gate 110. I arrived at the gate on time. After waiting in a long queue, I placed all my belongings into one backpack that I had already paid for. The backpack fit perfectly into the Ryanair baggage size checker and fully complied with your rules. Despite this, a female member of ground staff told me there was a problem because I was wearing “too many layers of clothing”. I was informed that I must pay 60 EUR or I would miss my flight, as the gate was about to close. This was said repeatedly and I was put under extreme pressure. I tried to defend myself and showed that my backpack met the size requirements, but I was told again that I either pay or the plane would leave without me. For personal reasons, missing the flight was not an option. I felt trapped, intimidated and had no real choice. I paid the 60 EUR under duress. As a result of this interaction, I was emotionally overwhelmed. I was crying on board the aircraft and in significant distress. The cabin crew were kind and supportive, and after I explained what had happened, they advised me to contact Customer Service. I strongly believe this charge was unjustified. Wearing winter clothing should not be a reason for additional fees. The way I was treated left me feeling humiliated, powerless and deeply shaken. I ask Ryanair to investigate this incident, review the conduct of the staff involved and consider a refund of the 60 EUR. I would also appreciate a formal response. Sincerely, Rebeka KadahováOverall

Dear Ryanair Customer Service, I am writing regarding my return flight from London Stansted to Helsinki (flight FR2344) on Monday, 19 January 2026, departing at 06:20 and arriving at 11:30. I was travelling with hand luggage only: a backpack measuring approximately 20 × 30 × 40 cm and weighing around 6 kg. On the return journey, my backpack was measured at the gate and I was informed that it exceeded the permitted size. We attempted to explain that the bag had been packed in a hurry and that by rearranging its contents, it would easily have met the required dimensions. The backpack contained mainly clothing and toiletries and would have compressed to fit under the seat without issue. Unfortunately, we were not permitted to repack it. As a result, I was required to pay an additional €70 fee for the bag to be placed in the hold. The staff member explained that this was a reduced fee as I was returning home and that the charge applied only to a one-way flight. However, according to Ryanair’s published price list, the fee for a return flight appears to be €14–16. In addition, I was seated in the emergency exit row, and the backpack would have fitted easily in the cabin storage. I feel that this charge was unreasonable under the circumstances and that the situation was handled unfairly. I kindly request a refund of the €70 fee. Aside from this issue, the flights themselves were very pleasant, and we thoroughly enjoyed both the journey and the trip overall. Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to your response. Kind regards, Päivi LappalainenOverall

The flight was delayed over 4 hours and all this time was spent inside the aircraft at the departure airport. Not even water was offered. The arrival time was around 2:40pm instead of the scheduled 10:20am. When trying to submit a compensation claim with the airline directly, the auto response stated that the reason for the delay were weather conditions which is simply not true as every other flight around our scheduled departure time left on time which can be easily checked.- Wroclaw-Agadir

Dear Ryanair Team, On 5 January 2026, I/we were booked on flight FR1671 from Girona (GRO) to Brussels Charleroi (CRL), scheduled to depart at 20:45. Booking Reference: V5H9SX As required by Ryanair's check-in policy, we arrived at the airport more than 2 hours before the scheduled departure time. This resulted in us waiting at the airport for over 7 hours in total due to the subsequent disruption. We received no proper notification or updates from Ryanair staff throughout the evening. There were no Ryanair representatives present at the airport to assist passengers. We were kept waiting until around midnight with minimal information. Only one late email arrived, initially informing us that the flight was rescheduled to 08:30 the next morning. Later, the flight disappeared from the Ryanair app, leading us to believe it had been cancelled. Approximately one hour later, airport security personnel (not Ryanair staff) came and informed us that the flight had been further delayed to noon the following day. They stated that a hotel would be arranged for passengers. During the long wait at Girona airport at night, almost all shops and restaurants were closed. Ryanair provided only a €4 voucher per passenger for meals/refreshments, which was insufficient – we could only buy a coffee with it, nothing more substantial. Although a hotel was eventually provided, we had to wait until approximately 2 AM for transportation – no transfer was organised by Ryanair. As a result, we were forced to take taxis to the hotel at our own expense. In the morning, no return transfer was arranged either, so we again had to take taxis back to the airport. We had specifically chosen this Ryanair flight because direct flights to Karlsruhe (our final destination in Germany) were significantly more expensive. We planned to continue our journey from Brussels Charleroi to Karlsruhe via Flixbus immediately after arrival. Due to the major delay (over 12 hours arrival delay), we missed all possible Flixbus departures that day. As a direct consequence, we were forced to stay an additional night in Charleroi and purchase accommodation at our own expense (receipts/proof attached). We also had to buy new Flixbus tickets for the next day (proof of missed original tickets and new purchases attached). This disruption caused significant inconvenience, including prolonged waiting without assistance, lack of timely information, insufficient meal vouchers, and failure to provide proper care (hotel transfers and adequate refreshments) as required under EU Regulation 261/2004. I believe this was due to operational reasons within Ryanair's control (such as scheduling, crew or aircraft issues) and not extraordinary circumstances. Therefore, I/we request: • €250 compensation per passenger under EU261/2004 for the arrival delay exceeding 3 hours (flight distance under 1,500 km). • Full reimbursement of additional expenses incurred: taxi fares (to/from hotel), extra night accommodation in Charleroi, new Flixbus tickets, and any additional meals/snacks during the extended wait (receipts and proofs attached). Additional reasonable expenses incurred (due to insufficient care provided by Ryanair): - Meals and refreshments at Girona airport and hotel: EUR1.50 (vending machine, 06/01/2026) EUR9.55 (salad, airport restaurant, 05/01/2026) EUR13.00 (food items, WHSmith airport shop, 06/01/2026) EUR8.70 (snacks and drinks at Eden Park Hotel, 06/01/2026) EUR13.00 (food items, WHSmith airport shop, 05/01/2026) EUR4.49 (food items, WHSmith airport shop, 05/01/2026) - Taxis to/from Eden Park Hotel: €15.00 (taxi receipt) €15.00 (additional taxi for airport/hotel transfer) - Missed original Flixbus tickets: €58.15 total for 2 passengers (Booking #3317344440) - Additional overnight accommodation in Brussels Charleroi: €102.98 (hotel invoice, 1 night) - New replacement Flixbus tickets for 7 January (receipts attached) Thank you for processing this claim promptly. Ryanair staff scammed me out of my money
My self and my family booked a flight to ireland for christmas. I paid extra for the family plan were i had a 20kg suitcase and 4 10kg bags. When leaving Ireland to return home We went to the check in desk in the airport, we were told that the 10 kg bags could not go under the plane, We have to bring them on the plane. I questioned this as it clearly showed check in bags on my boarding pass. The ryanair staff advised me if i wanted to check my bag in then I would need to pay additional charges. Leaving me with no option but to bring the bags to my gate. Only for the gate staff to be extremely rude, dismissive and extremely unprofessional. We were then stopped from boarding the plane until we paid 240 euro which we did not have as i already paid 1600 in total for the flight and bags. They slammed the door and said to my daughters. "well i guess you are not going home" causing my daughter to start crying. We were also told to hurry up and make calls as they had places to be. When we asked for a manager they told us no. They took our passports and refused after numerous attempt to return them. Only returned them when we managed to get the money. Plan and simple we were scammed. The women in the check in desk and the 2 women at the gate scammed us of £240. When we mentioned that we were not allowed to check our bags. That the women at check in refused. they called us liars only to then say the women we talked to had already finished her shift. Proving that they worked together to scam us. When i questioned how they knew which women we spoke to or how they knew she was finished her shift they refused to answer the questions, Only saying pay now hurry up. Honestly the worst experience i have ever faced at an airport. I have tried to raise numerous complaint with ryanair but they refused to answer my questions and keep pawning me off with automated messagesOverall

Influence by other flights
The original scheduled departure time of my flight was 22:20. We were first notified that the flight was delayed to 23:40, then received another notification that it was delayed to 01:50. After that, we were informed of a further delay to 02:15. Shortly afterward, we received a final notification stating that the flight was delayed overnight and rescheduled to depart at 10:20 the following morning. The airline provided hotel accommodation for the night; however, it took several hours to organize transportation. As a result, we did not arrive at the hotel until approximately 04:00 in the morning. We were then transported back to the airport at around 07:00 for the rescheduled flight. Overall, the delay exceeded 12 hours and caused significant inconvenience and loss of rest. The airline officially stated that the reason for the delay was adverse weather conditions. However, this explanation does not appear to be accurate. We later learned that the aircraft operating our flight had experienced multiple delays earlier in the day on its rotations (including Brussels–Budapest and Budapest–Brussels, followed by Budapest to Greece). These accumulated delays ultimately resulted in the flight crew exceeding their permitted working hours, after which the crew stopped working. This indicates that the delay was caused by operational and crew scheduling issues rather than extraordinary weather circumstances.- Thessaloniki-Budapest

Firstly - Ryanair has deleted my support case from my profile, I cannot find it. I have opened 3 cases, have emails but cannot upload them here. 1. case no: 64868983 2. case no: 64868489 3. case no: 64685036 Secondly, I have contacted AIRHELP before, but this week they have told me they have closed legal issues in Latvia, therefore I hope you will be able to help. Although until this week, they were very confident that the case will win Lastly, I uploaded all the documents I have submitted to them, what I remember from the flight is when we boarded head of cabin crew informed us that, the reason for delay was on the inbound flight from Riga to Barcelona, plane had malfunction and then had to stop in Poland to fix the issue, due to inbound flight was late, as we were supposed to board same plane, we had to wait more than 3 hours. We arrived at the final destination at 17:06. The reason for delay was Plane's malfunction. Airline provided 4 euros coupons for each of us. Inconvenience for us was waiting there for 3+ hours, spending extra to eat, I provided the receipts, considering my wife was pregnant and it was early morning flight (we came from Mallorca and had waiting time anyways. Incorrect baggage charge – £60 charged despite prepaid 10kg and 20kg bags
I had paid in advance for both of my bags: one 20 kg checked bag and one 10 kg bag. At check-in, my 20 kg bag was checked in without any issue, and nothing was mentioned about my 10 kg bag. When I later proceeded to boarding, a staff member informed me that my 10 kg bag had to be checked in and demanded payment. When I asked for assistance and explained that I had already paid for both bags, the staff member was rude, refused to help me, and walked away. I was then told that I had to pay £60, despite having already paid for both bags in my booking. I had no choice but to pay in order to travel. This charge was incorrect and not in line with Ryanair’s baggage policy. I am requesting a full refund of the £60 and a review of the staff member’s conduct. The staff member was a woman working at the boarding gate. She was unhelpful, dismissive, and refused to assist me when I asked for help.Overall

Unfair €60 cabin baggage charge (14 dic Dublin–Venice 15:50)
Dear Ryanair Customer Service, I am writing to formally complain about an unjust €60 charge applied to my booking for small cabin baggage on my flight from Dublin to Venice, departing at 15:50 on 14 December. The cabin bag I was carrying was the same bag used on my outbound flight, which was accepted without any issue by Ryanair staff. The bag had not been changed in size or content in any way. At the boarding gate in Dublin, I was not allowed to try fitting the bag a second time in the baggage sizer. Instead, the ground hostess explicitly instructed me to go immediately to pay the €60 fee, without any further verification or opportunity to comply. After the payment was made, the same backpack was accepted on board without any modification, and it fit correctly under the seat in front of me, in full compliance with Ryanair’s small cabin baggage policy. This clearly demonstrates that the charge was unnecessary and unjustified, as the bag was suitable for travel regardless of the payment. I paid by credit card, under protest and solely in order not to miss the flight. I also wish to highlight that several other passengers on the same flight were subjected to the same treatment, indicating a pressured and systematic approach rather than a fair individual assessment. I therefore kindly request: a full refund of the €60, and clarification regarding the procedures adopted at Dublin Airport on 14 December, as well as the inconsistency in the application of Ryanair’s cabin baggage rules. I trust Ryanair will review this matter carefully and ensure fair and uniform treatment of passengers. Best regards Carmela Maria De tomaOverall

At that same time there were another flights from Aqaba (Royal Jordanian Airlines and Turkish Airlines) and no flights had been cancelled but Ryanair denied that- Aqaba-Cologne

Arrived at Manchester airport 8am and the board already showed that my 11am flight was delayed until 17.50pm. My husband was going to collect me in Alicante but I had to call him because he can’t drive in the dark. I was going to get the bus. I kept on checking the boards for any updates only to find that in the afternoon they had added another hour so now departure was 18.50, arriving in Alicante 22.45pm, the last bus is 10pm so I had to get a taxi. I spoke to an airport handler asking why we were the only flight having such a long delay and he said the plane would probably be having a problem elsewhere. All through the day other flights were leaving on time. I tried to go to the Ryanair desk several times but it was never manned. I also didn’t receive any updates only my Ryanair app.I did see something flash up on my screen about drink and food vouchers late afternoon, but when I tried to look in detail it had disappeared. I spoke to a Ryan air bot today, but they just sent me a link, then it took me to the screen that I always have problems with. I have receipts and proof of taxi payment but some are in € and some in £ and I can’t find a way to split it on your page.- Manchester-Alicante

No words other than evil inhumanity towards a mother and 1 year old
What started off as a suprise family trip with my partner and 1 year old daughter ended in racism, degrading behaviour, and complete inhumanity shown towards us which also led to me trembling and my daughter having to suffer an additional 30+ minutes (actual time) in a yellow/orange wind warning storm on a tarmac waiting to board the planes steps with 100+ passengers ahead of us. We booked our tickets for Bucharest to suprise family, it was a late flight travelling with a 1 year old daughter. Everything was fine until we get to the gate waiting to board. We have our cabin approved pram and priority boarding (infant on lap). The male gate agent starts boarding priority- We wait our turn and he asks us "Are we ok" in an already hostile attitude, I go to give him my boarding pass and he demands I dont have priority I replied I do and tried to explain "I have the pram and infanton lap.." usually board first and wanted to say I have the priority boarding pass but he cuts me off and tells me I dont have priority with no interest to listen to me and covers his hand on the system that would scan my boarding pass. He then continued to tell me to join the bottom on the queue he needs to board priority first. At this point I was so confused as we've travelled before and I'm travelling with an infant and a priority boarding pass, the ease of being able to board within the very first group is highly beneficial for many reasons when you have an infant a baby bag a cabin pram etc so we plan for this and not to mention travelling with an infant and priority boarding pass yes we get to board as an aviation standard. I joined the queue very degraded and at this point I could hear him say that I need to check my attitude, I had no attitude. I get to board after being half way within the priority queue as passengers agreed with us let us join halfway and another mother who was also waiting behind us at the top to be told to go to the back..and I ask him when did it change it's usually priority for infants, again I'm cut off again told I don't have priority all this time while he hasn't checked my pass. He wasn't listening to me so my partner took out his phone to show my pass - yes I have priority (even though I clearly have a 1 year old distresses infant on my hip at this stage) me already starting to tremble feeling judged and told to calm down when please believe me I was so calm and just trying to understand the horrible horrible treatment. He then scanned the pass pulled my passports from my hand and proceeded to tell me my pram needs to be tagged and I said its cabin approved I'm planning on taking it on board He cut me off and said it needs to go in the hold, another female gate agent came over at this stage partner (who this whole time was standing in the non-priorty queue as he was boarding last (this is our plan so I have his seat as space to settle my daughter before he board then she moves to my lap and he takes his seat) he comes over and asks for his name he and the female gate agent both refused to give any details. He then said again I need to calm down amd get my attitude in check and that he knew "we'd be trouble" , Ryanair I did nothing wrong, the gate agents were Irish, I'm Irish and my partner is Romanian, at this stage I felt they were profiling us and unconscious bias from the start. I felt terrible so I boarded almost in tears but being strong for my daughter. Because of where I was now in the queue there was a line to board the plane outside on the tarmac. At this stage there is 100+ people boarding in front of me, it's yellow/orange wind warnings for a named storm, its dark its freezing I have a bagpack an infant on my hip and pushing a pram. We slowly over 20-30 minutes un these conditions moved towards the steps of the plane. My daughter clung to me visibly scared with the high winds and cold weather, this is when I felt at my worst. How someone could treat another human being and a harmless tired beautiful 1 year old girl with a 4 hr flight ahead of her like that to result in having to wait this additional time in the elements was beyond my thoughts. I boarded the plane and I videod how I was physically. Now I dred going home or ever seeing that agent again. It was dramatic and unfortunately so unnecessary no human should treat another in that way let alone someone in a customer service position. .Overall
Extremely poor and degrading treatment from a member of staff who was racist and biased towards us. Additionally, having to stand in a yellow/orange wind warning storm on the tarmac waiting in line to board the plane WITH a 1 year old child! When we shoul

Formal Complaint – Lack of Gate Information Leading to Missed Flight
Dear Ryanair Customer Service, I am submitting this formal complaint regarding the lack of essential boarding information for my flight from London Stansted to Porto on 5 December 2025 at 06:00, which resulted in me missing the flight despite arriving at the airport well in advance. I arrived at Stansted Airport at 04:00 and monitored the departure screens continuously. The displays indicated that the gate number would be available at 05:10. However, no gate information was ever provided — not at 05:10, not afterwards, and not even at the scheduled boarding time. The screens remained frozen on the “Relax” message. Additionally, there were no audio announcements from Ryanair, despite loudspeaker announcements being made for other flights by other airlines. Ryanair did not provide any communication, updates, or assistance. I was not informed of the gate at any point. Several other passengers from the same flight experienced exactly the same problem. This was not an individual oversight — it was a complete failure in communication that affected multiple customers. As a result, we only realised the gate had closed after it was too late. I was then forced to pay £100 to transfer my booking to another flight. This cost arose entirely because neither the airport nor Ryanair provided the mandatory gate information. Ryanair has a responsibility to inform passengers of their boarding gate clearly and in due time. This did not happen. Therefore, I am requesting: Reimbursement of the £100 paid for the ticket transfer; Refund of the cost of the missed original flight, as the failure was not caused by me in any way. I expect a prompt response and full compensation for the losses caused by this communication failure. Regards, Catarina MarquesOverall

I took out insurance with Ryanair because I had faith in them. In my 68years, I have never been treated so unfairly.
We had boarded flight FR4410, H2KDRH 04th October. The Captain addressed the passengers directly and asked everybody to disembark to the terminal as there was a hydraulic leak. I'm sure we were well over 5hours before we boarded a different aircraft for Dublin. My wife and I were afforded €4.00 off drinks. We paid for our meals, but we didn't mind. I just received a message from Ryanair saying " we are not entitled to a refund. We did not incur any experience , just getting the run around from Ryanair. This was just a simple fix, a fair deal that turned into a cheating game.Overall
