I checked in online and my boarding pass said seat assigned at gate. After going to the gate, I have been told that I would not be able to board and they rebooked me on a different flight from a different airport on the next day.

This is linked to claim no. #545715. As that was our 1st flight that got cancelled and this is the rebooked flight that also got cancelled. Ryanair claimed that was due to weather conditions, but on the same date there were other flights that landed successfully at the airport (For example on 15th August 2024 Wizz Air W62383 from Budapest to Palma de Mallorca). This makes me feel that potentially the bad weather delayed an earlier flight in their schedule. This delay caused the crew to exceed their legal duty time, or the aircraft to be in the wrong place for both the flights. As a consequence the flight was canceled and it was blamed on the weather to avoid compensation. In my view it is the airline's responsibility to plan for and absorb the effects of such disruptions. Considering the other flight from claim #545715 got cancelled on 14th and the flight from this claim on 15th, this had an impact on our holiday and we spend a long 2 days in the airports with a young baby. Plus we faced costs for the 2 nights that were pre-booked in Palma de Mallorca which we did not make use of.

I contacted them in order get some extra costs reimbursed (few receipts and train and bus tickets). They did not want to reimburse the 2 nights that I prepaid in Palma de Mallorca which I missed due to their cancelled flights (see email confirmation from hotel about that cost of 543.75€.) I could bot make a claim for compensation as they don't allow such a request via their website/portal, mentioning that the flight was cancelled due to bad weather. But as you can see in the email I sent to them, on the same day there were other flights that landed successfully in Palma de Mallorca. They directly declined the payment of compensation for flight cancellation. Instead of arriving at the destination on 14th August 2024, we arrived 2 days later on 16th. First 2 delays (1st around 3PM, 2nd one before 5PM) were announced, then soon after the flight cancellation was announced. The company that was handling the delay at the BUD airport could not offer an accommodation, therefore we spent the night at the airport with a young baby.

Influence by other flights

My flight from Stansted to Lanzarote was late taking off. During the flight we were told we wouldn’t be landing in Lanzarote as the airport closes at 1am. We were diverted to Tenerife South landed at approximately 1:45am. We received a message to say a hotel would be arranged for the night. This never evolved and we were left in Tenerife airport for the rest of the night until a flight to Lanzarote at 06:45am on 15th November 2015

arrived at the airport more than one hour before my flight. At the gate, the staff member said that my backpack was too big. I told her that I could take out the jacket from the backpack and wear it, so the bag would fit the size. I did that, and after removing the clothes, my backpack matched the allowed dimensions. Even after that, she still said it β€œdoes not fit” and told me to pay €60. I said at first that my bag fits, but later I agreed to pay the €60 just to board the flight. Then she suddenly told me she would not let me board because I was β€œrude”, even though I did not insult her or raise my voice. She also denied boarding to my girlfriend, who didn’t say anything at all, and her bag also fit the rules. She cancelled her boarding pass without reason. After that, the airport police escorted us out, and we had to buy new tickets from DΓΌsseldorf to Dublin.

Technical problems

Nov 16 12:15 pm expected departure. Everyone has boarding passes scanned and waited in 3 queues waiting to get on the plane that had arrived. Then they told us to go back inside. They (RyanAir) said there was some defect or mechanical issue with the plane and that they had an engineer working on it. They swapped gates and then we boarded again - new gate 15 to 17 and different plane. Got on plane around 3:15pm and had to wait another 20-30min for other people due to gate change took off around 3:45pm

I was denied boarding due to overbooking on the flight from Malta to Budapest on 11 October 2025. Despite having a confirmed ticket, I was denied boarding because the flight was overbooked. As a result, I was rebooked on another flight to Milan, which arrived at 00:25 that night. Due to this situation, I incurred several additional expenses and losses directly resulting from the denied boarding and schedule disruption. Specifically, I requested reimbursement for: 1. Hostel booking in Budapest, which I missed due to being unable to arrive as planned. 2. Hotel booking in Milan, which I had to make because the rebooked flight arrived after midnight. 3. Missed flight from Budapest to Milan (the following morning), which I could not take as I was stranded in Malta. Ryanair denied me compensation for any additional expenses I incurred due to the overbooking. Above, I provided all the documents that I sent them to prove my claim.

When the departure gate for our flight was announced, we started heading to the gate. There was a massive queue at the passport control (as shown in the attached pictures) and we were only allowed to skip the queue when the status of our flight changed to 'last call'. We waited at the passport control for over 1 hour to the point the police officers started stamping the passports without checking them, to allow the queue to move. When we finally got to our gate, the gate was closed and were denied boarding. Our luggage were on the plane. Other airlines delayed their flights due to the massive queues at passport control but ours didn't, therefore we missed it. It was an issue cause by MΓ‘laga airport and we are not responsible for missing our flight. Because of this, the only other available flight from MAlaga to Edinburgh was departing the MΓ‘laga airport at 4:40, a connecting flight via Amsterdam, which resulted arriving to our destination 10 hours late. Additionally, we had to pay over Β£400 extra for booking the new tickets. We were travelling with a 4 month old baby, which caused a massive inconvenience for us and especially the baby.

Terrible customer service. Extra charge and ignore my check in right.

I am writing to file a complaint regarding an unjust additional baggage fee charged on my flight from KrakΓ³w (KRK) to Catania (CTA) on October 14. At the check-in desk, we specifically asked whether our carry-on luggage could be brought on board. The staff confirmed that it was allowed. However, before boarding, another staff member stopped us and claimed that our luggage did not fit and that we had to pay an additional 240 PLN or we would not be allowed to board. We explained that our ticket already included checked baggage, but the staff member ignored our explanation and insisted that we pay the extra fee. After paying, our luggage was taken and checked in anyway. This was an unreasonable and unjustified charge, especially since we had already purchased a fare that included baggage. I kindly request a refund of the 240 PLN and an explanation for this incident.

Strike

I arrived at the Rome airport with the stipulated advance time to catch my return flight to Madrid. As the boarding time approached, nothing happened. We were delayed for quite a long timeβ€”more than an hour and a halfβ€”until they finally told us that the flight wouldn’t be departing at all. We all headed to the counter, where they gave us no explanation whatsoever and just said the flight wasn’t going to leave and that they had no way to rebook us. They took us to a horrible hotel in the middle of nowhere, didn’t even provide us with any food, and told us they would pick us up at 7 a.m. the next morning just to drop us back at the airport without any explanation or any way to get home. I ended up having to buy another ticket myself, which cost me nearly 500 euros just to be able to get back. I filed claims for months, filling out all the forms the airline had on their website, calling them, doing everything I could, and I never received any kind of response or compensation for the flight that never took off. It was truly disastrous.

We arrived at Burgas Airport in good time for our 22:45 flight and had checked in online as required at 9:00 AM that morning. Despite this, we were forced to wait in a queue for over two hours to check in our two suitcases. Only two kiosks were operational, and the young staff appeared overwhelmed and poorly trained. Several families, including ours, were asked to wait to the side without explanation, causing significant anxiety. It became apparent the flight was likely overbooked. During this interminable wait, our one-year-old son became deeply distressed. He was hungry, tired, and forced to sit in a full nappy as we could not leave the queue and go to the bathroom. The situation was chaotic and mismanaged. We had to plead with staff to summon a supervisor. By the time we were finally processed, we were forced to run through the airport to board, causing immense stress. This entire ordeal was caused by Ryanair's failure to allocate adequate and competent staff to handle a complex situation, constituting a severe breach of your duty of care to passengers.

No reason given

We start boarding the plane around 11:00 pm Amman time. The plane minutes before that arrived at the airport (Queen Alia) and then passengers from the previous flight. We arrived at 12:30 Budapest time. The airline did not mention the reason for the delay. The only provided vouchers for 4 Euros to some passengers, but I did not receive any. And today they asked me to provide a survey to share the feedback and enter a draw to win a gift card!!! The incident was disturbing for me due to the fact all my plans was cancelled. I rented a room which was of no use, since I arrived to budapest from the airport around the dawn. I missed my friends ride to my city that I study in because of that so I had to take the bus to budapest and train to Gyor, the city I live in. So, that is that.

We got banned from ryanait were not happy

To: Ryanair Customer Relations Email: customerqueries@ryanair.com Subject: Formal Complaint – Request for Review and Reinstatement of Travel Ban Dear Ryanair Customer Relations Team, My name is Roman Pohlodko, and I am writing on behalf of myself, my wife Renata Pohlodkova, and our sons Kevin Pohlodko and Luciano Pohlodko. We were recently informed that our family has been banned from travelling with Ryanair. This decision came as a complete shock, as we did not receive any prior notice or communication from Ryanair explaining the situation or giving us the opportunity to resolve it. After contacting your customer service team by phone, we were told that the ban was issued because of an alleged unpaid onboard purchase. We were unaware that the transaction did not go through at the time of purchase, and we never received any follow-up email or message advising that the payment had failed. Had we known, we would have settled the outstanding amount immediately. Our family has been loyal Ryanair customers for over ten years, and we have always appreciated the affordable and reliable service your airline provides. We sincerely value the relationship we’ve had with Ryanair and would never intentionally fail to pay for any goods or services. We respectfully request a review of this decision and the reinstatement of our ability to book and travel with Ryanair. We are more than willing to pay any outstanding balance related to the incident as soon as the details are provided to us. We truly hope that this matter can be resolved amicably and that our long-standing customer relationship with Ryanair can continue. Thank you for your time and understanding. I look forward to your reply and to resolving this issue as soon as possible. Arrival time: We arrived in Manchester approximately 3 hours and 20 minutes later than the scheduled arrival time. What the airline told us and when: While we were already inside the aircraft waiting to take off, the cabin crew informed passengers that the delay was due to a shortage of staff at Manchester Airport. The next day, Ryanair changed its explanation and claimed that the delay was caused by adverse weather conditions. However, the weather was completely fine both in France and in Manchester β€” there were no visible weather problems or flight restrictions. We later checked another passenger compensation website, which also confirmed that the reason for the delay was indeed a staff shortage at Manchester Airport, not weather issues. Assistance provided by the airline: We received no assistance or clear communication during the long waiting period inside the aircraft. For a long time, the crew couldn’t explain what was happening, and the delay kept increasing. No food, water, or support was offered to passengers. How the incident affected us: This situation was extremely exhausting for our family. We were traveling with three children (aged 14, 9, and 3). Our 3-year-old daughter cried and screamed for hours because she was terrified of flying, and our 14-year-old son, who is autistic, became very anxious and overwhelmed. None of the staff offered help or understanding despite our visible distress. Missed events or financial loss: The children missed school the following day because they were completely exhausted after the trip. One parent had to stay home to look after them. We all came back home physically and emotionally drained after this very difficult experience. Kind regards, Sevan Riccaldi

Urgent Complaint – Refund Request for Unfair Airport Check-in Fee (€165) | Booking Reference: WTEFPP

I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding an unfair charge of €165 (€55 per passenger) imposed on us at Amman Airport on 28 October 2025, for flight FR3155 from Amman (AMM) to Milan Bergamo (BGY), under booking reference WTEFPP. Despite multiple attempts to check in online through the Ryanair App prior to our arrival at the airport, the system continuously failed to process our check-in. I even have a screenshot proving the technical issue, where the app instructed us to proceed to the airport desk to complete the check-in. When we approached the check-in counter, we were met with extremely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from the staff member. He refused to listen to our explanation, showed no intention to help, and insisted on collecting the €55 per person fee. His attitude was rude and condescending, and he even told us, β€œThis is what you get for booking a low-cost airline.” This was completely unacceptable and humiliating, especially for loyal Ryanair customers who have flown with your airline multiple times in the past. I am attaching: A copy of the payment receipt (€165) A screenshot showing the app error Given that this issue was caused by a technical malfunction in your system, and that we were treated in a highly unprofessional manner, I respectfully demand a full refund of €165 and a formal acknowledgment of this complaint. I look forward to your prompt and fair resolution. Kind regards, Mohammad abuarab Booking Reference: WTEFPP Flight: FR3155 – 28 Oct 2025 – Amman to Milan Bergamo

Check-in fees out of our control

This concerns the highly unsatisfactory response received from Customer Service within the Ryanair portal. The issue at hand is one that the Ryanair app did not allow for check-in, personnel issue at the Milan airport (lack there of) and not one in which I took responsibility to follow the Ryanair guidelines. The facts - I received the email to check-in otherwise there would be a 55E/pp fee. I tried the day of the email via your app (which was downloaded and therefore the most up to date), the day before and the day off, but the app said that one of the two passengers (me or spouse) could not check in and would have to go to check in (did not give the reason as to why); So we did, were there at airport well before the 2hr limit but there were only two agents and one was, unfortunately, handling a passenger in a wheel chair and so took very look to free up; As we were getting closer to our turn, the two agents appeared to be talking about releasing some seats for a flight and so both were on the phone for over 5 minutes; By the time we go to the agent, she said indeed there was an issue as I have an older style Canadian passport and my wife the new type (but not specify exactly why the app did not work_ but said we were 2 MIN LATE!! I had to pay 110E for being 2 min late when I was there well before 2 hours and dealing essentially with 1 agent. The agent also mentioned they work for the airport and not Ryanair so they have no control and there was no manager or senior person to discuss the issue with. Respectfully, this was a Ryanair app issue, personnel issue and not mine.

I am submitting this claim on behalf of two passengers on the same booking (ref: U5PEGR): – Fatima Kamali Nefer (passport no: B4121086 ) – Ali Nefer (passport no: B1053539) This concerns flight FR4594 from Barcelona Girona to Sarajevo on 15 October 2025, which was diverted to Zagreb. Passengers were informed that the diversion was due to poor weather conditions and 48 hours later Ryanair sent out an email saying Air Traffic Control (ATC) "ruined our holiday". However, Sarajevo Airport has officially confirmed that the diversion was not initiated by Air Traffic Control, but rather by the airline itself (email confirmation attached). Other flights successfully landed around the same time, confirming that the airport was operational and accepting arrivals As a result of this unnecessary diversion, we were left in another country without immediate assistance or clear information and were subsequently transported by bus to Sarajevo β€” a journey of approximately nine hours. We ultimately arrived at Sarajevo Airport about 12 hours after the originally scheduled landing time. I am currently pregnant, which made this prolonged and unplanned journey physically exhausting and distressing.

Compensation request under Regulation (EC) No 261/2004 – Flight FR260

Dear Ryanair Customer Service, I am writing to formally submit a compensation request regarding flight FR260 on 19.08.2025, scheduled to depart from Bucharest (OTP) at 22:10 and arrive at Bergamo (BGY). Unfortunately, this flight was significantly delayed and did not reach its intended destination as planned. The flight took off only at 01:15, resulting in a delay of over 3 hours. Furthermore, the aircraft landed at Turin Airport (TRN) instead of Bergamo, at around 04:00. We were only provided ground transportation at 06:30, and we arrived at Bergamo Airport at approximately 08:32. I was travelling with my 1 year and 7 months old child, which made the situation even more stressful and exhausting, especially considering the long wait and lack of timely communication. According to EU Regulation 261/2004, I believe I am entitled to compensation due to: - a delay of more than 3 hours at the final destination, - arrival at a different airport than originally booked, - the absence of timely and adequate assistance or information. Please find my details below for reference: - Name: Brinzea Andreea Ioana - Booking Reference: KRKf8t - Flight Number: FR260 - Date of Travel: 19.08.2025 - Contact Number: 0722240833 - Email: andreea.brinzea@yahoo.com I kindly request that you review this claim and process the compensation accordingly. Thank you in advance for your understanding and support. Kind regards, Andreea Ioana Brinzea

Vienna-Tirana

No reason given

The flight was scheduled to depart at 11:15 AM but actually departed at 12:00 PM. Around 12:55 PM, while approaching Tirana, the pilot announced that we could not land in Tirana due to weather conditions and diverted the flight to Sofia. I understand that based in EU Regulation 261/2004 that I am not able to get a claim if I flight is diverted due to weather conditions, BUT below is the key information and the real problem. After landing in Sofia, passengers were informed that the crew’s duty time had ended and that we would have to wait for a replacement aircraft and crew. The original crew had been on duty since 5:00 AM. While I respect flight safety regulations, this delay resulted from operational issues within Ryanair’s control. I had to wait 4 hours in Sofia Airport for another aircraft, which is Ryanair responsibility and they didn't have one ready to go. And what makes it more wired, is that when we departed at 19:20 PM from Sofia Airport to Tirana, we didn't use the same airplane that we came. If the 4 hours delay in Sofia, Bulgaria was for weather conditions in Tirana, why didn't we fly back to Tirana with the same airplane with flight code FR6890 ?, but instead they used the code FR6890A, adding an "A" in the flight number. The whole key thing is happening in Sofia airport where they leave us waiting for 4 hours, which is totally under Ryanair responsibility. We were at Sofia Airport around 15:12 PM (local time) and finally departed at 19:20 PM, arriving in Tirana at 20:03 PM (local time), resulting in a total delay of over 7 hours, while around half of this time was waiting in Sofia Airport.

I then took a train back to Cardiff Β£72 on 4 Oct as my original return flight was 5 Oct so not appropriate to rebook another flight to Dublin with my final destination being Galway ( a further 3 hours onward journey) I have tried to claim on line but I keep getting the message below if claiming for diverted flight or cancelled flight: Your reference number is: FDC-913050 Our records show that the flight was delayed by less than 3 hour and is therefore not eligible for compensation under EU/UK 261. However if you were denied boarding or you missed a connecting flight, it may be worthwhile contacting the airline directly to raise your complaint. Please can you advise or provide a phone number to speak to, the treatment on the plane and communication was unacceptable and caused a lot of stress to a lot of travellers. No reason given

The flight was delayed by 3 hours. The was there for the first hour and was away for the other 2 hours. Ryanair falsely claims in their email that they offered us vouchers for meals and beverages. I was aware that this was their policy but no one from Ryanair was even there when the flight delay hit the 2 hour mark. They took over 3 months to get back to me. Would that also be a violation? I read that the normal amount of time is 1 month and they have the right to delay it for up to 3 months maximum. Myself and my partner incurred a lot of expenses once we arrived in London since we missed a coach and trains. Would we also be able to claim anything for that? Thank you, Diogo

Problems at airport

We needed to sit in the airplane for around 2 hours before it took off. Witch was quite uncomfortable, and very unnecessary. We could definitely wait outside we it was more room to move around. we arrived around 4:50 in the morning and it was some TSA complications. It was no complimentary food or anything for the long wait. Nothing to drink and we only got a sorry

Went to check in as online checkin was down/now working. at check-in was told that no ticket existed despite having proof and denied boarding. on complaining to Ryanair they said follow the channels by logging into your account and it can take 3 months ro resolve, this is clearly beyond the dispute time allowed when sending your bank a chargeback request which is fraud. Ryanair have said to my bank to get a refund contact them which I did with no success. They refuse to give out a contact email and I was hung up on, basically they leave your case open until your bank can no longer issue a refund which is "theft by deception"/fraud by the airline which is both a civil and criminal offense. Ryanair are scum

hours spent waiting at the airport. According to the law, we were entitled to food and drink vouchers due to the prolonged wait, but we only received a €4 drink voucher. Additionally, because our flight was delayed for so long, we had no choice but to book accommodation in Budapest. The delay caused us to miss our original travel plans, and we were no longer in a condition to drive safely after such a long wait at the airport.

Weather conditions

The airline claims that neither me or my son are eligible for compensation because the fight was delayed due to severe weather conditions. True, several flights were delayed on that night, some of it even cancelled, but most of them took off with 3-4 hours delay after the rain has stopped (Eurowings flight to Cologne, flight to Tesalloniki and few others, it can be checked on Sarajevo International Airport). We were told unofficially that ours could not be only delayed for few hours because the Karlsruhe airport only works until midnight and plane would not be able to land, which is then not the reason mentioned in the form that says we are not entitled to compensation. We were sent home and said to come back early in the morning the next day. Only then an empty plane from Bologna was sent to get us and we only managed to take off at 12:45 hrs the next day, which is almost 24 hour delay.

Formally complain fligths fr7044

I am writing to formally complain about an incident that occurred on Ryanair flights, both on the outbound flight from Malaga to Dublin and on the return flight from Dublin. On the outbound flight, after a one-hour delay announcement, passengers were made to wait 45 minutes standing in the boarding tunnel, without the possibility to return or board the aircraft. This included elderly passengers, children, and other vulnerable people. On the return flight from Dublin, a similar situation occurred. The flight was delayed, and when the check-in was opened, the aircraft had not yet arrived. I politely informed the check-in hostess that I did not want to wait another 40 minutes standing as I had experienced on the outbound flight. The hostess responded rudely and, due to a misunderstanding, believed I insulted her. I had only expressed frustration about the situation in general, not towards her personally. Nevertheless, the supervisor was called, and I was denied boarding, even though I had purchased priority boarding and had behaved politely. As a result, I had to buy a new ticket for the following day and pay for accommodation. I believe this treatment was unfair and not justified. I request a formal investigation of this incident and reimbursement for: 1. The unused ticket, 2. The new ticket purchased, 3. Accommodation expenses, 4. Any other related costs incurred due to this incident

The Ryanair flight departure was delayed from GdaΕ„sk airport. We did not get any information on what the reason for the delay was. It resulted in missing the transfer flight Copenhagen-Ronne Bornholm and buying a new ticket for the next flight. The additional cost for us was 3 630,00 DKK. We travelled for the conference as its organisers and it brought us a lot of steress and a huge inconvenience.

Complaint re Passenger Assistance Failure – Ryanair FR1833 – Naples to Stansted – 05.10.2025

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the appalling treatment my 71-year-old mother, and I experienced at Naples International Airport (Capodichino) on 5 October 2025, while travelling on Ryanair flight FR1833 from Naples to London Stansted (Our booking reference is: EQ6UQF) . The flight was scheduled to depart at 12:15 PM, but actually departed at 13:27 PM and arrived at Stansted at 16:20 PM (Italy time). We arrived at the airport three hours prior to departure to allow sufficient time to obtain the pre-booked assistance and begin the boarding process. Wheelchair assistance had been arranged in advance for my elderly mother, who recently underwent knee replacement surgery and is unable to walk or stand for extended periods. However, upon arrival, the airport environment was marked by complete disorganisation, severe overcrowding, and no visible Ryanair ground staff to support passengers requiring special assistance. When I approached the check-in counter to obtain my mother’s boarding pass (required to access the pre-booked special assistance service), the staff member informed me that the baggage belts were broken and there was a significant backlog from previous flights, which had resulted in an exceptionally long queue. I was told that my mother must join the end of the queue, despite her visible age and medical condition. The staff member dismissed any responsibility to prioritise or assist vulnerable passengers and insisted that we wait in line. This treatment represents a clear breach of EC Regulation 1107/2006, which safeguards the rights of disabled persons and those with reduced mobility, as well as a failure of duty of care under EU Regulation 261/2004 and general consumer-protection principles The queue extended approximately one kilometre, and my mother was physically incapable of standing for such a duration. There were also no vacant seats available nearby where she could rest while I queued, leaving us in an extremely distressing and helpless situation. When I sought help from the special assistance personnel, they were equally discourteous and refused to provide any assistance unless we first obtained the boarding pass. During this time, my mother slipped on a wet floor while attempting to reach the restroom facilities. The area had no visible warning signage, and she consequently suffered a head injury. Despite her visible pain and distress, no immediate help was offered until I repeatedly pleaded for assistance. Paramedics eventually arrived, applied a cold compress, and asked whether we wished to go to a hospital. I was then asked to sign a document written entirely in Italian, which I could not read or understand. By this stage, we had completely lost confidence in the assistance services and were desperate to return home. To further compound matters, the staff refused to provide a wheelchair, claiming that waiting for one could cause us to miss our flight. Consequently, my mother - injured, visibly distressed, and in severe painβ€”was forced to walk through security and to the boarding gate without any mobility support. The entire experience was humiliating, discriminatory, and deeply traumatic for both of us.. Upon arrival in the United Kingdom, my mother required hospitalisation due to the head and knee injuries sustained as a result of the negligence and lack of assistance by Ryanair and airport staff. Given the physical injury, emotional trauma, and breach of duty of care, as well as non-compliance with Regulation (EC) No. 1107/2006 concerning the rights of disabled persons and persons with reduced mobility when travelling by air, I hereby request: Compensation for the injury, suffering, and distress caused, and A formal written apology acknowledging the failure to provide the pre-booked assistance and to ensure a safe and dignified travel experience. Please acknowledge receipt of this complaint and confirm the procedure for investigation and compensation. I expect a formal written response within fourteen (14) days, failing which I will escalate the matter to the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and the European Consumer Centre (ECC).

Abysmal Customer Service - Failure to refund parking service not provided

Pre-booked meet and greet parking at Luton. Ryanair failed to confirm booking to their third party supplier so no parking! Cost Β£94. Impossible to get a customer service person to engage - they just fob me off on the parking suppliers even though it is Ryanair's fault. Not sure which is worse - their failure to provide the parking or their lack of service in dealing with the issue.
