I am disabled and I had assistance. I cannot sit for long, I am always lie down. This delay caused such excruciating pain and anxiety, I just wanted to lie down, I was near to tears with the pain. I arrived at Izmir about 2.30am and my final destination 7.30am. This delay has really taken its toll on my body and severe lethagy and tiredness. I will now be in bed for at least 3 days, before I can even get out of bed.

Spent over 12 hours in London Gatwick waiting for this flight, it was meant to depart at 11.55am on the 21st July and didn't leave the airport until 9pm. In all that time spent at the airport we weren't given any updates to what was happening or why we were delayed - we just had a 8euro voucher each. This delayed caused us to miss the first night of our holiday, as we arrived on the 22nd July into Antalya around 4am. This then caused us to go straight to bed when checking in at our hotel at around 6am losing another day of a 10 night stay annual family holiday trip. We save up all year for this one holiday which was completely ruined by this extremely long flight delay.

Flight was due to depart at 12.30, we never boarded till 13.30 and never departed till 16.00 without even being offered a drink, airline is denying there was even any delay. We arrived at Antalya at 22.00, the time we got to hotel there was nothing to eat and we had to be collected at 8.00am to go to appointment very tired and hungry

I received a text message at around 22:30pm from sun express saying our flight had been cancelled until the 23rd of July so this would of made us miss 2 days of a hotel that we had booked as all inclusive. We rang the airline through the night and they kept saying they had not been notified. We then called at 6am in the morning on the 22nd to be told to go to the airport. We made our way there and they then told us the flight was cancelled until tomorrow. I called sun express and and asked for a refund of my flight to which they refunded me £149 when the total cost of the the flights were £610. I explained that I needed my money back as I had used my holiday spending money to book new flights which were not at East Midlands a lot later in the day. So again we had to really budget our money and could not do everything that we had planned. They told us we would receive the money back within 3-5 days. I am still waiting for this. I have also opened a case with them and they have not got back to me for 2 weeks. They are now offering us £350 for the pair of us! Which is £175 each for cancelling our flight and moving it to the next day.

we boarded the aircraft and were informed an hour later about a technical issue. After two more hours, we were asked to disembark without any guidance or assistance. Eventually, we were informed that they would be accommodated in a hotel for the night, but were only checked in at 3 o'clock in the morning with no communication from TUI or Sun Express I had to ring sun express twice and still had no updates of what was happening with our flight. The next day, we were informed of a new flight, but upon reaching the airport, the departure time was still uncertain, resulting in additional expenses at Gatwick. Finally, when we boarded the flight, we were informed of a refueling delay, followed by missing their flight slot, leading to an additional two hours of waiting on the plane.
