We were originally due to depart at 1:35pm 18th July. The electronic board in Manchester airport did not update all day, kept saying information to be given at 3pm… Speaker system kept cutting out when giving gate of flight to passengers. We got on-board Flight XQ593 with the doors of the plane closing 5:40pm. On board reason for the delay given was “operational reasons”. At 6:15pm got told we had to get off plane with all passengers got told the cabin crew had worked over their hours. At 7:10pm Aviation Authority challenged the cabin crew on-board telling them they should not have flown to Manchester. It should have been a new crew. After 2 hours sat on the plane, all passengers had to depart the aircraft at 7:15pm. We had zero communication of when new flight will be. I found out by word of mouth from other passengers. The next day we tried again, arriving at the airport at 6am. We checked in and got given wrong gate of 22 which our flight ended up being from gate 8. Again we had zero communication from anyone at TUI and it was written incorrectly on the terminal board. The flight left Manchester airport 22 hours later than scheduled on 19th July. When arriving in Antalya my hotel room at 9pm I was told my room had been given away as TUI didn’t tell them I was still arriving. I was given a different room after 2 hours of waiting and was told I have to move again the next day by between 9-10am. I basically got a 4 day holiday but paid all inclusive for a week. I have not received the service I was promised by TUI or SunExpress. The reason this flight was delayed overnight is due to the cabin crew working over their allotted working hours. I know this as it was confirmed on-board by the staff and also the Aviation Authority who confirmed that the cabin crew on-board that day should not have flown on XQ593 to Manchester as it was then always impossible for the flight from Manchester to Antayla to occur. My young son and I were denied a full day of our holiday because of this flight delay without so much of an apology. Once we eventually got to the Prince Turan Hotel TUI hotel our booked room had been given away to another family, again due to arriving a day later than scheduled. This has been the most stressful travel experience of my life, I have been treated with nothing but disrespect from TUI, and SunExpress, from WhatsApp messages left on read, the lack of communication from the outset was diabolical. I have attempted to file for compensation, I have emailed TUI & SunExpress and also spoke on the phone with TUI without resolution.

1st told us delay due to technical issue then changed to bird strike which I don't believe put up in hotel 4 hours sleep then rechecked in no offer of water or food whole delay then had to pay again as missed transfer

The flight took off more than 3 hours later than scheduled time and the door at the destination have opened more than 3 hours that scheduled landing time.

Tried to check in using the App & online, 23hrs before flight. Unable to check in, could not pass the purchase a seat page. After numerous attempts, eventually gave in and purchased two seats (8A & 8B = £15.97). On arrival at airport, discovered that most passengers had the same issue and had not checked in. The agents then allocated us seats (33B & 33C) despite us telling them we'd pre booked seats. I would appreciate if you could refund the seat costs that we didn't actually want and didn't receive. Thanks Alex

Hello, Unfortuantly i have a negative experience that i would like to share. After booking my ticket this number+904440797 tried to reach out to me. I called them back but could not reach them. Before i left Belgium i've called the airline on this number +3197010269797 and also +904440797. The Turkish number was not accesible but the dutch number i called on the 27th of may confirmed both flights, the flight of 29 may and also june 12th. Abroad i have limited internet acces. But i've checked often my mails thrue wifi. The last week i havent received any information about the cancellation of my flight. I have scheduled my flight to an expensive event on June 12th. This event cost me 80€. But i couldnt go. And i've been forced to use my 4G. The same day i called the Turkish number, again no answer. I've paid the taxi to the airport first cash, thats the reason why i cant proove that direction. I was there at an empty airport. I've had no internet acces but they could call me, i would have answered. Best regards Belgiz

Hi there I would like to raise a complaint as it is not possible after I paid for the seats to find out at the check-in desk that our seats have been changed!!! Can you please look into this matter and get back to me ASAP!!!
