The flight was delayed with...

The flight was delayed with 3 hours and I was not able to proceed to my next destination as is along way I didn't want to end up in the middle of my trip on the other side of the world. As it was pandemic it was the last Evelop flight until December and I was not able to travel at all so it was a big disruption to my plans and still was not able to get any compensation or another flight any time after July 2020

I have to express that...

I have to express that this was the worst flight experience of my entire life. Advised to arrive 3 hours before the flight I did that, and went straight to check-in for Evelop at Cancun airport terminal 3. Let me also express that to travel between terminals in this airport there is a shuttle bus that comes every 2 hours and takes 2 hours so they basically force you to pay $80 for a taxi between terminals. After booking the flight the confirmation did not say which terminal the flight would be at so firstly I arrived at the wrong terminal and had to take the $80 taxi for a 5 minute drive from terminal to terminal. Once arrived at the correct terminal 3 hours before the flight I noticed that the queue was huge. There was only 3 staff / check in desks open for thousands of people. The queue moved so slowly and I was one of the last people in the queue. Getting to the front of the queue took 3 hours and I was being checked in just minutes before the flight. I was so worried I would miss the flight. Once I was checking in I was told I had to pay €150 for my luggage. Never in my life have I heard of this. there was absolutely no way to check in online before as I booked as a connecting flight.
