charged 55 for checking in at Edinburgh airport as verification issue and inability for app to photo passport. Had to handover phone to him with my verification details and security references. It took him 10 mins to sort but eventually found you have to scroll up the photo box on the app to get the photo button to appear. Apparently an issue on the app! Anyway charged me 55. When I asked to see supervisor Olivia from Swiss Airports arrived. Clearly on a mission not to listen to clients concerns just to get the 55 off you. No empathy or sense of morale justice! A disgrace!

I will be avoiding ryanair at all costs from now on. My wife and i have been backpacking europe for 2 months now and havent had a single issue with our 'cabin bag and personal item' until now. The staff were incredibly curt, irritable, and forced us to pay an additional €60 because the straps on my bag were apparently not in their "if it fits it flies" policy (they were dangling outside of the dimensions) they wouldnt even let me try to adjust even though my "personal item" is half its expected size. The planes are horrendously cramped. My items could barely fit in their designated spaces. Not to mention myself barely being able to fit comfortably (im 5'3/160cm and about 100lbs/45kg) Again, worst flight ive been on ever.

Misleading baggage photo & information...

Ryanair's baggage is advert is totally misleading. The ad shows a small rucksack with measurements underneath as 40x30x20cms & talks about the bag/ rucksack must fit into the baggage sizer. When you look at the photo it looks like a small rucksack when in reality it is nothing more than a small handbag that is allowed. A handbag will easily fit a baggage sizer, Why do they mention " baggage sizer " the " small rucksack " shown looks much bigger than what is actually allowed. RYANAIR ARE MISLEADING PEOPLE. COMPLAINING TO RYANAIR IS A WASTE OF TIME. THEY TREAT PASSENGERS WITH CONTEMPT. A rating of 1 star is too good for them

My flight from Barcelona to Berlin was unexpectedly canceled, which caused a series of problems during my trip. Because of the cancellation, I was unable to arrive in Berlin on time and my hotel reservation was marked as a no-show. Unfortunately, the booking was non-refundable, so I lost the full amount. Since the flight was canceled, I had to arrange alternative transportation and ended up booking a bus ticket to reach Berlin. During the bus journey, I also lost my luggage, which made the situation even more stressful and inconvenient. Overall, this experience was very disappointing and resulted in both financial loss and travel difficulties. I hope the airline reviews this situation and improves how such disruptions are handled in the future.

Last time that I will be flying with Ryanair. They just made me pay 50 euros for my hand luggage returning from Barcelona to Málaga. While on the flight coming from Málaga to Barcelona it was no problem. And on top of that they way I was spoken to by the boy with his neck tattooed for me is not acceptable.

They will try to scam you with ever...

They will try to scam you with everything to pay. I have flight with ryanair many times and you always see how more than 10 people are scammed to pay random things totally unfair. Last time it happens to us we have priority with a luggage of 10 kilos and the workers really rude scam us saying we cant have hand luggage even if we pay it. We have to pay them 60 euros more. I have the feeling they win comission with it but they are really aggresive. If you want to start your vacation calm and dont be scammed never used this company. They were even punished offiicialy in spain to pay money because officially they were scamming people for handluggage. Thez are in courts now. So the thing is real.
