Flight delay

Terrible service, the flights are always delayed or cancelled with no given reason. Very bad customer service and very delayed response.

Ground hostess

I wanted to express my absolute i disapproval of the behavior of the two ground hostesses who check luggage and passports. Two completely unfriendly and unpleasant people who treat most travelers.

Poor service, Stole money

I asked for tea, repeated it three times to be super clear, and received a Thai curry. Ryanair said 'tough luck' and to either take the curry or lose the money as they cannot process refunds. Might only be £9 but it's £9 in their pocket not mine.

Horrible nazi Airlines. One centimeter...

Horrible nazi Airlines. One centimeter more on your backpack and u have to pay extra money like 40e and then because you have to send the luggage you going to miss your bus in the destination you are flying to. They make your life complicated. Thos airlines are not even cheap anymore. They are expensive and they make tones of money and treat people like shit. Not recommending. I used it to think it can be cheaper but is expensive af.

I went on a Ryanair...

I went on a Ryanair plane. The boarding was quick, the seats were quite comfy, the takeoff was quick with no delays and the landing was smooth. Overall I'd give the flight a 7/10

The flight was delayed in a terrible way

The flight was delayed by nearly four hours, leaving passengers stranded on the tarmac with no announcements, no assistance, and no apologies. Despite clear standards requiring refreshments for such delays, not a single drink voucher was offered—not even once.

Terrible. Firstly, we were left...

Terrible. Firstly, we were left outside in the rain (with my small toddler) while the plane stood in front of us with its door closed. Although it was indicated that boarding had commenced, we were not allowed to board. This was the first mistake. No one was there to pick up the pram, but it stood under the rain. Secondly, upon entering the plane, none of the crew members greeted us with a simple "hello" or "welcome." There were no smiles or friendly faces, which was quite unusual and unprofessional. I asked if there were any available seats nearby, as we had checked in late due to work commitments and couldn’t find seats together. The female crew member responded aggressively, stating, "No! The flight is full." While I understand that the flight was indeed full, the manner in which she communicated this was rude. A more courteous response would have been, "I am really sorry, but unfortunately, the flight is full." It's incredible that I need to say how to answer! Let me elaborate on the more than 1 hour-long wait on the plane. A almost friendly host and a female hostess with dark hair and she seemed to have African/Moroccan background "greeted us". She refused to provide her name and hid her name tag after having a problem, She was disrespectful. Initially, the crew provided safety belts for some babies but did not give one to us. I waited patiently, but even when the plane started moving, my son still didn't have a seat belt. So during the safety demonstration while the plane was moving, I requested a belt, and the hostess rudely responded, "Can you wait??!" I emphasized that the plane was moving, and she aggressively threw the belt at me. When I expressed dissatisfaction with the service, she retorted, "Don't fly with us again!" This was in front of all the passengers, and it was humiliating. I am absolutely speechless. When the plane is moving especially during the departures, take off and landing everyone should have their seatbelts on. Additionally, the crew never checked the passengers' seat belts, windows, armrests, or hand luggage placement (only at the very very end), compromising safety standards. At 8:35 am, we were informed that we needed another 15 minutes due to heavy rain, which had already stopped before 8 am. Lying to us, without giving enough information. It was a nightmare. After reporting it to ryanair they said it's solved and they can't do anything about it.
