No thought for passengers comfort.

My seat was 27E. This row had only two seats, my husband sat in the other one. Where the third seat should have been, was a reverse seat for the air hostess to sit in on take off etc. In changing this around, my husband and I had no cool air vents, attention button or lights above us at all???? It was very hot and airless waiting for take-off, making us feel really unwell. The air hostess came to see us, she said she knew how uncomfortable it was and gave me a paper bag to use as a fan!

Flight was diverted from Sarajevo...

Flight was diverted from Sarajevo to Zagreb due high turbulence conditions. When we arrived in Zagreb we waited in the plane. They informed as that they organized buses from Zagreb to Sarajevo airport. We started long journey around 15:00. No food or beverage was provided during all the journey. There was a long queue on the border between Croatia and Bosnia because of Easter holidays. We arrived at Sarajevo airport at 23:30. It was very difficult travel with 8 years old kid . We had to buy all food and beverages during the whole journey. Our final destination was Mostar which is 120 km further.It was very difficult to find translation. Friend of us picked us up.It was very stressful traveling with a kid for many ours specially late in the evening.

My fellow travellers and I...

My fellow travellers and I were at the gate for the flight and they just told us that we are unable to board. We were not the only ones there and were sent away. They offered us an alternative flight that day, but at 4PM, which was way too late. We had to book a flight for 9am with a different airline instead. We arrived in Venice at 10:30am.

La peor compañía que existe

Es la peor compañía que he visto nunca. Los aviones sucios, mal servicio y lo peor es que son unes ruines con el peso y el tamaño de las maletas. He pagado 66€ extras por sobrepasar 400gr. Vergüenza les tendría que dar. Nunca más viajaré con esta compañía. Bye bye. It's the worst airline I've ever seen. The planes are dirty, the service is poor, and the worst part is that they're rude about the weight and size of the bags. I paid an extra €66 for weighing more than 400g. They should be ashamed. I'll never fly with this airline again. Bye bye.
