They offer us to stay with the promise that we will stay for 2 more days, that they were going to take our luggage out the plain and 600 euros. After mor than 7 hours waiting and arguing with everyone at the airport they didn't even offer us a bottle of water. Our cards didn't work st the airport, that's why we couldn't but not even water. The luggage was never taken out the plain and we didn't have any money, cards didn't work and no luggage. At the hotel they told us to gather next day at the lobby. We did that and there started our frustration coz they can solve anything and they didn't know when we will be heading home. Now we are still in cuba and the endurance company told us that they will cover only 100 euros per person in this case to buy first necessity products. In cuba everything is more expensive than any other place in the world.

I was delayed for 5 hours then told the flight was cancelled , I was then left with little money on my own with no support as I was told by text to go home or get a hotel.. there were a lot of flight cancellations that day and hotels were really hard to find especially at 11pm at night and I had to pay €300 , this caused me a lot of stress and also the flighty the next day was delayed by 5 hours

I booked a flight to Rhodes from Amsterdam for the 2nd July , i waited in the security line for 4 hours, the flight info then said the flight was delayed for a number of hours and was then cancelled after sitting in the airport. I tried to explain the situation that i was a lone traveller and had been on holiday in Amsterdam and was flying out to meet my family and had little funds on me. I was told by text there was no flight and only got a text to go home or book a hotel and more info would follow .. I was really worried and had to call home to borrow money as the only hotels nearby had put their prices up and I had to pay €300 euros for a room and was really lucky to get this and also incured large taxi costs. This was a really stressful situation which left me pretty much abandoned for 24 hours In a foreign country with no help from the airline … I finally got a flight which was again delayed over 3 hours on Sunday 3rd which should have left at 5.30 but left at 21.50 so again another huge delay on the second flight also again a massive inconvenience
